A great company who I have used twice now in the last few years. This latest move they were just as brilliant as last time - very friendly, fast and professional. They worked super hard through horrendous weather and never stopped smiling. The best removals firm I’ve ever used over a lifetime of frequent moving! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I used Bristol Van Removals to move my flat furniture from storage to my new flat (up two flights of stairs at the end of a long day for them). They were incredibly quick and efficient and moved everything (including some very heavy furniture) with no fuss. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to move in the Bristol area.

We recently used Bristol vans for a move from Bristol to a little village south of the city. They were great to deal with from the first enquiry. We arranged a video show around the same day, and the quote came in really quickly. The price is so reasonable (we got a lot of quote and they were the best). We had lots of issues with our completion date changing and Aimee was very patient despite us changing the date multiple times, and always tried to accommodate us and communication was fantastic. The moving team themselves were on time, polite and friendly and worked so hard. Nothing was too much trouble even at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

We found Bristol Van Removals via this Trusted Traders website and were immediately impressed by their reviews. We hired them for our recent house move and are SO happy we did. The three guys worked like absolute troopers all day, happily moving our stuff out of our old house and into the new one. (I have no idea how they remained so cheerful all day, but it was great to see!) We don't have any plans to move again anytime soon, but if anyone asks me for a reliable, good value removal company, I won't hesitate to recommend this company. What an amazing job Carl, Jake and Dan did today making my move so much less stressful! They arrived early (they rang ahead to make sure it was convenient) packed the van up in a quick and efficient time ensuring they took great care. They dismantled both beds and put them together the other end. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even when they arrived at my property and couldn’t pass under the overhang and had a little way to walk with my things! What a wonderful service! professional and light hearted chaps with constant smiles on their faces despite having to lift my 35k weights (with one hand I might add) everything was perfect from start to finish, brilliant service and organisation and timing was outstanding. Thanks guys.

From Ben and Dale packing to Ben, Dan, Liam and Wayne who physically moved us, every aspect of the operation was absolutely brilliant. They were careful, cheerful, and very patient as we had a delay of more than 3 hours in the middle of the day. They stayed until late and everything was in the house. Difficult to praise them enough, they were competitively priced, responded quickly and delivered an amazing service, Thank you.

I had Dan and Jamie over to help me move from a two bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house. They were lovely! Polite, professional and really fun guys. Booking was quick and getting a quote easy. They worked out roughly equal to some of the lower quotes and beat out some of the more expensive ones who wanted to send double the crew. They are great. Use them.

Boxes and packing materials delivered exactly as arranged. On the move day, the team of two moved me out of a second floor flat into a three storey town house, so lots and lots of stairs. Even when all the items were moved in, there was an open offer to re-site things that I might not have steered to the right location first time. Given the work involved and the hot temperature on the day, it was really helpful. We started at 9:00am, and were complete by early afternoon. It was a hot day, the guys worked flat out. The team arrived bang on time, worked hard, were quick, organised, super with all my neighbours, nothing too much trouble and good sense of humour - a credit to your business. Thank you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services.

I asked for a small but important removal job to collect a piece of medical equipment to complete the set up of a coronavirus 'pod'. Job was booked for the next day and I was kept informed through the day, especially when the previous job over ran and delivery was delayed. There was a minimum charge even though the job was small and quick but it still good value for money. Good service, friendly and helpful staff, efficient work.

Got quotes from several removal companies but what impressed me about Bristol Van Removals was how friendly & flexible they are. As moving out my late fathers house but will be unable to move into my new address for a few weeks. Not moved house in over 30 years, so all new experience to me. They talked me though all the options I had and gave quotes for different timescales as unsure when will be able to move into my new address. So went and booked with them and not regretted it they arrived on move out date prompt at 9am, we’re friendly but expert removers and before I knew it all my worldly goods were in their van and off to storage. Could not have asked for a better service, great care was taken in packing my precious cargo (2 large TV’s). Looking forward to same service when they help me move into my new address. Absolutely brilliant service, competitive and helpful from the quote right through to the job itself. I hadn't realised how important it was to get a good removal service, the completion date kept changing and Dave was really quick to get back to me each time, he was very understanding and helpful. Finally, move day came and as promised four guys and three vans turned up on time. They were friendly, careful and very hard working. When they reached our destination they were so patient as we waited for keys to be released. They were quick, careful, efficient and incredibly polite. I had about four quotes from big and small firms, but I was so pleased I went with Bristol Van Removals a good job done at the price you quoted, thanks guys!

Highly recommend the guys from Bristol Van Removals; despite moving house on the hottest day of the year, they were very professional and friendly, working incredibly hard to ensure the smooth transition to our new home at a really competitive price. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process stress free - including moving the hot tub!! Absolutely great service. I booked this firm to move my elderly parents. The two chaps arrived earlier than expected and worked really hard to fit everything into the van. Nothing was too much trouble, offering to put my parents bed together and moving it to where they wanted it once assembled. Very competitive price and both chaps were very considerate with my parents belongings. I would definitely recommend to Anyone.

We were very pleased about the handling of the removal of my daughter to a different location in Bristol. Despite the temperature, problems with parking, and the 4 flights of stairs to negotiate (part of it was no-shoes area), they did the job with a smile and very professionally. Can fully recommend.

Bristol Van Removals delivered our new kitchen units. The service was reliable and efficient. We had an issue our end with the help we arranged to lift and move the units from the van. However, the driver, Nick was empathetic and accommodating. He offered his help ever so kindly and willingly. We are more than pleased with the service.

Had two guys and the Luton van come to help us move our furniture and boxes into our new, third floor flat. The guys were an enormous help, we would not have managed to get our Sofa up those stairs on our own, but they handled it easily. They were very friendly and approachable, all in all a great service.

I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. All dealings on the phone beforehand were professional and polite. On the day itself the removals guys arrived on time and swiftly loaded the van and secured all my items. The unloading at the other end was again dealt with quickly and efficiently with everything placed where I wanted it. The guys made what is normally a stressful experience completely stress free. I would definitely recommend and if I ever need to move again I'll be booking them again! Thank you :-)

I cannot speak too highly of the fantastic job that they did in moving my mother to sheltered accommodation. The men were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the move a straightforward and pleasant experience. Thoroughly recommended. 5 stars!

Dave was a pleasure to deal with in the lead up to our move, he turned up promptly to give us a very competitive estimate. On the day before the move, a team of two arrived promptly to carry out the packing - which was done with a minimum of fuss. Everything was packed by 2PM, except for some essentials which we needed for that night. On the day of the move the team turned up promptly (again) and proceeded to load the vans quickly and efficiently. The team were a pleasure to deal with and their friendly relaxed approach made the day much smoother - although they did nearly consume all our sugar. We were unloaded by about 6PM (all three vans!). We were really pleased with the service and have already recommended to some friends.
