I had two new doors fitted by Finesse and I am very pleased with the quality. All of the work was carried out in a timely manner and all of the staff were very helpful.

My new front window looks great. Chris from Finesse was pleasant and professional and did an expert job in removing the old window and installing the new one. He cleared up thoroughly inside and out leaving no trace of rubbish, plus I was delighted to find that no redecorating was required after the work. I would definitely recommend Finesse.

Finesse is the name of the firm and aptly describes the quality of their work. I admire their competence, reliability and skill in the replacement of gutters, soffits and fasci, including the removal of the previous soffits made from a low-grad asbestos. Reasonable prices and courteous staff. They went to a good deal of trouble to set up arrangements which suited our schedules. The only small set-back was a piece of information which failed to be passed on from one staff member to another about my holiday dates (for I did not want to work to be done in my absence) but that was soon put right. Coordination of the scaffolders, the asbestos removal and the installation of the new materials was most efficient and all parties kept to their schedules. All involved were pleasant and helpful, and explained clearly what they were doing.

Excellent work from Finesse. Very professional. No mess left behind. I commend Nick and Steve, who did the installation, for their utmost professionalism and attention to detail and Mo for his outstanding marketing and interpersonal skills.

From the first consultation to the signing off of the work we were greeted with a professional approach. Fitters were very polite and happy to talk over any queries we had whilst they were with us. Rooms were left clean and tidy. Everything was on schedule and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

They came on the day agreed, nice and early so that they finished the same day. They put down dust sheets and worked solidly through showers of rain and wind. They were very pleasant indeed and told us what they were doing all the way through. They cleared everything away and cleaned the windows. The door and opening window are working perfectly. My husband and I are really pleased with how it turned out, no worrying moments at all.

Had front and back doors changed. Given options on different type of doors available. Felt very welcome when popped into showroom,Was greated very warmly and offed a look around the showroom. Felt no pressure and even though we hadn’t booked an appointment we never felt rushed. Dominic came to our home to measure up and we got a quote very soon after with options available. We felt the prices were very reasonable for such a quality product. We were kept informed throughout the ordering process. A fitted arranged to come to measure and was on time and very polite. We were assigned our own colleague to contact if needed but as everything was arranged so professionally we didn’t find the need to but great to know there was someone with a name if needed. The date was set and we were informed by phone call. The fitters came on time and treated our home with real respect. Everything was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Finesse to do future jobs.

This was a return visit from Finesse Windows. This time it was replacing five windows and a patio door. As previously, it was a smooth operation from start to finish, carried out by excellent staff, from office ( Jennie, Lindsey ), designer ( Bob ), to installers ( Steve and Nick )and after sale ( Macie ). I cannot praise enough the standard and professionalism of the employees nor the quality of the products. I would recommend highly, and have recommended this company without hesitation.

This is the second occasion we have used Finesse because they are a Trusted Trader. On both occasions, the quality of the product has been of the highest order, as has the fitment. Work carried out to budget with the highest level of attention to detail. Communication with the pre-installation team is first-rate.

We have had 2 new kitchen windows and a new door replaced by Finesse Windows. From start to finish the service was excellent. The designer Mo on his visit was never pushy and so polite. We were well informed and the whole team worked hard and did a great job, very neat and tidy and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again on our next project.

We recently had 10 windows and a French window for Finesse, and are very pleased with the service and quality of the windows. Throughout the process from ordering to installation we were kept informed, and our requests were accommodated. Chris and Chad worked very hard, especially as our old windows weren’t easy to remove. One of the reasons we chose Finesse was the upgraded Shield glass, and this has had made the noise from outside much quieter.

I had all my windows and 1 patio door replaced with no issue whatsoever in 3 days. They even sorted out a couple of other minor issues, with no qualms whatsoever. Another brilliant job from Finesse. This is our second time using Finesse - this time for new bifold doors at the back of the house. From Bob's initial visit to installation, we couldn't be happier with the service that has been provided. Finesse were very professional carrying out my request for a new front door. I had previously used them to renew all my windows and to fit a patio door glazed panel that could accommodate a cat flap. I had to have the front door renewed quickly, for security and medical reasons, and Finesse were excellent, delivering the finished product in half the normal timescale. They gave me confidence that what I wanted could be achieved (changing the way the door opened to create more room) and would look attractive despite my financial constraints. The new door looks lovely and gives me peace of mind as to the security of the house and the longevity of the door function and its materials.

Maisie and Andy have fitted two new lovely windows for me! They arrived, as agreed, on schedule. The windows fitted are at the front of the house on a bedroom and a bathroom in rosewood upvc on the exterior and white on the interior. The job was done within a few hours without any problems. Everything was kept very clean with the stair carpet and landing covered for protection. The bathroom was cleaned afterwards. Thank you! Credit also to our local Finesse showroom who made the process very smooth including Dominic and Ian who did the initial survey and the admin staff for excellent customer service and communication. Would definitely recommend.

We booked finesse to replace a bathroom window and also to remove old patio doors and replace with half brick and big windows (we now have patio doors elsewhere downstairs). They were efficient, friendly, transparent, non pushy at all stages. Workmen were really decent guys, cleared up after themselves, kept us well informed throughout and completed a high quality job. I had two new windows and a door fitted by finesse windows. They turned up on time and were professional and worked as cleanly as possible. The fitter Jez was fantastic. I was comfortable with them in my home. I’d use them again Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I had a new bay window installed. The salesman and surveyor ensured that the design was in keeping with the character of a victorian terrace. The workmen who installed the window were great, very helpful, skilled and professional. Aftercare was very good and the whole process was stress free. A very positive experience.

This is not the first time that we have used Finesse Windows, who are a local company to us. We had no hesitation returning to them because we have always found them, their products and the installation teams to be excellent from start to finish; We have had windows installed by other companies but we have found Finesse to be superior in all respects, including quality, after sales service and the provision of a personal service; This time was no different; everything went smoothly, from the first enquiry to the initial survey via liaison with front desk and sales personnel; The two installers were efficient, finishing the work quicker than expected and the room was left clean and tidy I would thoroughly recommend Finesse as a company

Supplied and fitted a new external glazed door and frame. Brought forward the delivery estimate by several weeks to help with our proposed holiday dates. Delivered and fitted on the date agreed (?!). Fitted in less time than originally allowed for. The installation team arrived when promised, they were clean workers, and good communicators. They weren't the cheapest, but they were by far the best I have come across. I may even have to revise my view of glazing companies.

This company cannot be faulted from start to finish including all the office staff and Steve and Nick, the fitters.
