This is the second time we’ve used Finesse for a new front door (we moved house), and both times the planning service, product, fitting and aftercare (so far) have been excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. My mum has also used them for windows and them at was also an excellent job.

You can’t fault the Finesse team all the way through from the sales rep that originally came to the house, the fitters and the extremely attentive customer support throughout the process providing updates all the way! Amazing service from start to finish and a beautiful product! Great to be able to visit the showroom and see the manufacturing process with people making windows in the UK.

From getting the quote to the completion of the works, everything went smoothly. All my questions were answered, from the style of windows that would suit my house, to the locks. I was invited to the showroom, to check the factory and select my bathroom window designs - everyone I met was very helpful. We set a date for the installation and they arrived on time, and were needed appropriate covering was used and all rubbish was taken away and the area left clear of any rubbish. We are very happy with the service and the products that Finesse Windows provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had 3 small windows and four very large windows fitted in communal lobbies in my apartment complex. The work was completed as per the quote, despite having to delay the start of work due to the tardiness of the management company in paying the deposit. Work was finished as scheduled, with the scaffolding removed two days ahead of schedule. Communication was regular, comprehensive and efficient. The scaffolders and the fitters were a pleasure to have on site, and left everything clean and tidy. We used Finesse three years ago to replace all windows in 21 apartments, and could not have asked for better service. We were worried about planning permission, but Design Team Manager Wayne Martin worked his socks off to help us with the planning application, which was successful, and we were delighted with the end result. I can highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. The ordering and installation proceeded efficiently with everything completed as promised. The service and product could not be bettered. We have been using Finesse for over 30 years now and their service continues to impress.

Our old double-glazed porch of over 30 years needed replacing. As Finesse windows is local to us we decided to get some details from them. Following a phone call, they sent along their designer who went through the design and budget with us. After deciding to go forward with Finesse Windows we were given the obligatory 14 days to change our mind if we wanted to. We paid 50% of the total as a deposit and were given a rough estimate of delivery time. The communication that followed was excellent including paperwork. After a wait of 5 weeks, we were given an installation date and told it was flexible if it was not suitable. The fitters turned up bang on time on the agreed date and did a great job of removing the old porch and replacing with the new one. All rubbish was removed and the site was left clean. Overall, it was a great job and we are very pleased we went with Finesse. We left this review for a few weeks to see if any problems occurred, none have. Would definitely use Finesse again and recommend.

Finesse Windows were great from start to finish. The very knowledgeable salesperson took us through all the options. We actually had maybe 5 options priced for the whole house, front only, back in different styles and with/without bifold doors, and also a new front door. All quotes were emailed in writing with dimensions and details. In the end, we took advantage of the "bulk" discount by buying all windows and doors at the same time. The surveyor was excellent using a ladder to measure each window from the outside. The value of this was reflected in the perfect fit of the windows. We asked for the earliest installation date possible (we were doing a house referb) and we achieved an very quick manufacture and installation date. The guys fitting the windows were great and there were a few visits by senior supervisors to ensure all was progressing well. The install and after-sales people have been great (extra set ok keys etc, and snagging team). Very impressed and I would say I am very demanding. All sounds too good to be true, but actually, there are some businesses around who really do deliver - Finesse are one of them. Well done them!

Excellent work by Finesse as usual. From the beginning of the enquiry until the completed work the company kept in touch to make sure that the work is completed to schedule and efficiently. I live in an old property with a bay window and the original window with stained glass was deteriorated beyond repair. I'm so glad I used Finesse to design and install a replace the bay window. I wanted a very specific design which was sympathetic to the original window, but still reasonably affordable (timber options were put of my price range). Finesse designed and delivered exactly what I wanted and the stained glass is stunning. I'd definitely recommend them, especially to anyone like myself with a period property which needs modernisation, but you wish to retain the character. The service from the design, installation and aftercare was faultless. I am a very satisfied customer and will likely use Finesse again when we upgrade other windows in the property.

I cannot recommend Finesse Windows highly enough. From the first consultation with the lovely Bob I knew I could trust this company. Their prices were competitive and the quality of their products are of the highest standard. Their fitters were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves and their work is to a high standard. The ladies in the office kept me informed of the process all the way through and were very friendly and patient with done of my daft questions. My new windows and doors are lovely and I’ve had many compliments about them. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this company

We had just had our windows and porch replaced by Finesse Windows. We are very happy with everything, from the time Russell spent with us at the showroom explaining the options and helping us to make the right decision for our needs, Dominic being ever so helpful in sorting out and amending the contract for us, Ian coming over to do the final survey and giving us very useful advice, to Nick and Steve coming to fit the windows with such meticulous attention to details and being so courteous throughout, and also Jenny answering all my questions whenever I called. After sales support by Lindsey with providing details about warranty etc and a named person to contact in case of post installation support is also excellent. A very impressive team! I have no reservation recommending Finesse Windows.

We chose Finesse Windows to replace 3 bay windows, 7 casement windows, sliding patio doors and our front door following our on-line research and the very positive reviews of the quality of their product and highly recommended fitting service. We were not disappointed. We found the sales advice focused, helpful and concise with the opportunity to have 'hands on' experience of windows, doors and door furniture at the local showroom. The after sales support kept us in touch with progress towards installation which commenced within the predicted timescale. The fitted product appears to be of a high standard and has completely met our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the quality of workmanship of our fitting team Jez and Jaydon, which was second to none from start to finish; they were experienced, skilled, hard working, scrupulous about minimising disruption and a pleasure to have in our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Finesse Windows.

We recently had a patio door/window fitted by Finesse. The installers did a superb job, fitting it all neatly, securely and leaving no mess. We have now had all of our windows plus a porch fitted by Finesse. Every employee we have dealt with has been well prepared, polite and efficient. The whole process went smoothly. Absolutely recommend this company. We had a porch built. From initial visit through to completion they were absolute professionals. Complete transparency with quotes and all communication, easy to contact, all tradesmen (Brett, Matt, Jez,and Ivan) completed work to an excellent standard and were 100% tidy when working and respectful of gardens etc. We have a Victorian house and Finesse designed and built a porch totally in keeping with the age of the property, a big concern for us. On a personal level, my husband is disabled and was treated with kindness, respect and patience (where necessary) by everyone involved in this project. Great company.

Thrilled with the work we had done. Extremely high quality and most importantly for us has improved the security of our house immensely. Mo took us through the initial design and was perfect. He even made some suggestions we had not thought of that’s made a big difference. He took his time to explain everything and the whole process. We were worried on timeframe as we have a baby on the way but they reassured us at every step and was completed in good time. The surveyor (apologies forgot his name) was lovely and made sure he got all the measurements correct. He even did a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok and left a goodie bag which was a lovely little touch. The installer (apologies forgot his name) was excellent. Worked tidily and left no mess. He took all the old stuff away and was a delight to communicate with. Probably more than other quotes but you definitely get what you pay for! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I can’t recommend Finesse Windows highly enough! I came to their showroom and they were able to give me a quote at my home the next day. I had a set of patio doors fitted. The work was done to a 10/10 standard. I couldn’t be happier! They really went above and beyond.

We have recently had windows fitted by Finesse Windows Ltd. From the start of the process to the finished and installed product they have been excellent. Their staff throughout have been very friendly and helpful. The choosing and ordering of the windows went through extremely quickly without any problems, we were very pleased with their quotation and the different types of windows that they have available. We were looking to replace our kitchen window. We had previously had all the windows in the house replaced except this particular one, which was now nearly 30 years old. The company that we had previously used has now gone out of business so we wanted to use a local company. First off I was impressed by Finesse’s reviews, so we visited their showroom. We spoke to Bob Tooth who was very polite, knowledgeable and more importantly, he wasn’t pushy. We liked the product and the price quoted was in my opinion very reasonable. We were concerned that because we only wanted one window a big company would turn us away, but Finesse were more than happy to assist us. We agreed to have the work done and from that point onward everything ran very smoothly. We were kept informed about progress and were given a date for fitting. On the fitting date 2 fitters arrived and completed the job with minimum fuss. They cleared up after them and left us with all 5he necessary paperwork. Overall, we are extremely pleased with job carried out. The window itself is very good and I cannot fault the customer service. The window has a 10 year guarantee and is backed by an insurance policy in case the company goes bust, unlike our previous company who went bust leaving us part way into the guarantee and we could do nothing then to get anything fixed if it broke (which the window handles did). We would certainly recommend Finesse and will use them again if we need any windows replacing

I am delighted with my Finesse conservatory it is of a very high standard and the workmen were always very helpful. They worked hard and always left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. I look forward to enjoying using my conservatory for many years to come.
