Professional friendly staff allowed me to feel supported both before and during the building of my small porch. The office staff were responsive to any questions during the installment. Great flexibility regarding start date without incurring extra costs. Price for the work was reasonable. The materials used were good quality, resulting in very attractive finished product. They earned my trust and thanks!

We recently had finesse in to install new windows both upstairs and downstairs! I can honestly not recommend them enough the whole process was great and their customer care both before and after was exemplary! The guys who fitted the windows were incredibly helpful, polite and carried out the work to an impeccable standard! Thank you so much to the whole team!

We have had the windows patio doors and porch fitted for our house and from the initial enquiry call to the completion of the work the communication and the service was exceptional. Cameron & Dillon who were the fitters were absolutely amazing, they were professional, extremely thorough in all the finer details, nothing was rushed and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The finish of the work is like they were working on their own home which is very rare with renovation workmen. We seriously cannot praise them enough, really lovely friendly lads. The quality of the windows and patio doors from finesse is absolutely brilliant and through fitting we have had many compliments from neighbours on how amazing the completion of the work is. We had a few minor issues which were resolved immediately without any fuss. Finesse sent quality people to visit whilst work was been carried out and not at one point was anything picked out as not good enough. The staff at the office were informative through whole process from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding and extremely happy with everything they have done Would 100% recommend finesse. We are looking to get a conservatory next and without a doubt will not go anywhere else for this to be completed. I used finesse to install two sets of French windows. Superb service throughout from initial contact to after care. Thorough surveyor. Quick and efficient installation. Skilled and experienced fitter who was able to deal with unexpected issues arising. When I needed some hinge adjustments made in an emergency a fitter came out within the hour on bank holiday Sunday. Amazing service.

I have used this company three times now and recommended them to several other people who have used them too. I am totally satisfied with the service they offer - respectful and expert people at every stage of the process. Clearly the employees take pride in their work and in their association with this company. I cannot imagine anyone can better them.

We have been trying to find supply and fit of a new composite back door for months. Had 3 quotes and all fell through as certain stages. Was recommended Finesse Windows and what a breath of fresh air to deal with. From the initial quote, right up to the after service, everything went perfectly. Regular calls to let us know where we were in the process, booked in for fitting and arrived on time, great installation and even had a visit after the install to drop off cleaning products and a bottle of wine. If all companies worked to this ethos the world would be a much happier place, Bravo Finesse.

During the coldest week in January, Finesse Windows replaced 2 big bay windows plus the bay barrel, and also a bedroom window at the back over a sloping roof that required scaffolding. The fitting team led by Jez, supported by Jamie and Will, did an excellent job and worked non-stop in the most awful weather, completing the job in 5 days as promised. They were polite and professional with great interpersonal skills, clearing up each evening and always arriving on time, even in the snow! In fact, all the people involved were a pleasure to deal with and a great credit to Finesse Windows. I am very pleased with the end result which is of the highest quality and looks very good indeed and will certainly use the company again, and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants first-class work done on their home.

From start to finish, the service and professionalism were first-class. A couple of minor issues needed to be rectified and these were carried out within two days of the porch being completed. We also had visits from an inspector and customer services to make sure that we were happy with the installation. It is obvious that Finesse care about their customers as well as providing an excellent installation programme. Many thanks to all concerned in providing our new porch.

Finesse Windows were very professional right through the contract, from quote to installation, they were in keeping with all time schedules. The patio supplied is very high spec and the fitter Lee did a superb job very clean tidy and fast installation. We are delighted with our new door.

Have used Finesse before so knew what to expect - very professional fitting team, top quality products and a company you can rely on. Would not hesitate to recommend them for windows, doors and patio doors. Work carried out on time and all old windows and door removed, place left clean and tidy.

We have just had a new Patio door and some new window panes installed. Paul who came round to see what was needed and prepare the quote was helpful giving good advice, not at all pushy and didn't try to upsell anything. We have diagonal leaded glass units, many of which had lost their seal with condensation inside. I was looking to simply get the blown panes replaced but also wondered about replacing the whole windows. Pauls’ advice was to just replace the glass. The quote was prepared quickly and questions answered promptly. Ordering to installation took quite a long time but that was OK as we were warned that this would be the case early on and prior to signing any contracts They did need to resend someone to do the measurements for the leading on the windows as this was complex and they wanted to make sure the match would be OK. In fact, the match achieved was excellent. On the day (which was horrible and raining cats and dogs) the installers did a great job and kept everything clean and tidy. Price was very competitive on the patio door and we though the glass replacement was very reasonable. We would certainly use them again.

Straightforward to deal with. Read a lot of reviews and word of mouth which turned out to be justified. The company was easy to deal with listened and suggested options. The price quoted was prompt, and was the price paid after a full survey. The price was actually reasonable. They don't hassle you with calls or pressure. Quoted an approx. delivery date and then an actual delivery date and time. Arrived as stated and completed the work in the stated time. The products are good quality as is the fitting and standard of finish. Would not consider anybody else for windows, doors, conservatories etc. After 30 years I got around to having the windows replaced and am glad I used Finesse.

Finesse Windows have been absolutely superb from initial quote enquiry through to completion of work. They are extremely professional, keeping the customer informed throughout the stages from quote to when installation will be, and the quality of windows is excellent. Not surprising that they have been awarded the Which? Trader award, given they are a small family run business, and obviously customer service, and quality is so important to them, which is evident from the service they provide. An excellent experience throughout from the initial contact with the company to the completed project. The sales team were not pushy and gave me an excellent quote. I was kept up to date throughout the process from Finesse on the installation date. The installation team worked well and respected my property. They were able to remove the lower wall without creating a lot of mess and installed the door with great expertise. The plastering work was outstanding with the highest of quality finishing I have seen from any plaster works. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use the company again.

Had two doors fitted (composite doors) pleased with quality of doors and friendly helpful fitters. Would recommend the service.

We had a new front bay window, door and internal window fitted by Finesse. Very happy with all aspects of the work from the sales through to installation. The guys doing the fitting did an excellent and tidy job. Great aftercare service too, checking in and missing window keys sent out straight away. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I will give recommendations when it's deserved, and I have to say Finesse did a great job. We had eight stained glass panes encapsulated, principally to warm the house but we wanted to retain the character you only get from aged stained glass. I was concerned this might be lost in the move from old wooden frames to UPVC, but am extremely pleased how they turned out. They fitted the UPVc frames when they removed the Stained Glass, so we benefitted from a warmer/quieter house immediately. Ok, there were some things that didn't go to plan as part of the install, and to be fair to Finesse they pointed out some of these challenges up front, e.g. getting the wooden frames out. They handled the issues with professionalism and courtesy, the quality of the finish is excellent. It is a specialist job and they had the skills, experience and skilled staff. The pricing at their own admission is higher than other companies, however I don't think I would have got the same level of service from others, and indeed having used a variety of other Window companies these are by far the best. Highly recommended and will use them again for sure!

Finesse replaced my sitting room window. I have used the company before to install new doors and they have always been prompt and done good work. I needed to replace a large window and as a previous customer, Finesse had emailed me about a forthcoming price increase, but if an order was placed by a certain date, this increase could be avoided. I visited the showroom and after the window was measured, a price was given, contract issued, and I was given a contact at the showroom. Work was carried out on schedule, vey efficient and debris was cleared up afterwards. Information was provided about operating and cleaning, and later on I was sent a BFRC Energy Rating Certificate. A few weeks later Finesse dropped off a spray cleaner for the window and a bottle of wine - a nice touch! I will definitely use them again!

From first engagement to delivery, and even post-delivery, there has been absolute attention to every detail and an exceptional focus on our requirements as a customer. Discovering my smart, fairly new front door would not lock, early on a Sunday morning, I telephoned Finesse. By ten thirty, a skilled technician had appeared and made the necessary adjustments. He gave helpful advice for future maintenance. A superb response - and a quick end to my sense of panic.

We have used Finesse before and were happy to go back to them. This time we were having two front bedroom windows fitted and were a bit concerned that our fairly recent work to redecorate and carpet our bedroom would be ruined as the old frames looked difficult to remove. But on the day, Dave and Mike, the fitters, were fantastic. They were a delight to have around and listened carefully to our concerns. They understood exactly and worked around the problems to leave our wallpaper, paint and carpet in perfect condition. They were willing to work into early evening on a Friday to get it all finished. Very impressed and the windows are of the usual high quality. Thanks guys.

This is not the first time we have used Finesse Windows, in fact, we have used the firm several times over the years. Recently we needed our Patio Door replacing due to old age. From our initial enquiry, right through to installation and aftercare, we could not have been happier with the end-to-end service delivered by all at Finesse. Our salesperson, Tony, took the time to deliver all of our available options. In addition, his sales process was very focused on our needs and came without any form of pressure. Throughout, Tony made sure that we were happy with design, installation and cost. Once our order was placed, we received regular as well as informative updates on progress. As a result of pressures on the supply chain, we were advised that we would have to wait. However, all at Finesse were upfront and honest about the timescales we could expect. Before fitting, we were visited by Lee who spent time talking to us about what we should expect when work began. Lindsey, Finesse's Client Relationship Coordinator, talked us through the process when the time came to have our Patio fitted. On the day, our fitters Darren and Sam came to our home on time as well as prepared to complete their work. They spent time and put a lot of effort into not just fitting the Patio but also ensuring that we were happy with their work. Despite all the work done, they left our home in perfect condition.
