What a great service! From no pressure sale through to a stress free installation with good communication from the company. My wife and I were very impressed with Finesse and over the moon with our new porch. I was a bit wary of engaging another double glazing company as the previous two, we have used, have promised a lot but delivered inferior service and products. The sales meeting with Finesse was friendly and quite layed back. ( No phoning the manager to see if he is in a good mood to provide a better price!!) The price quoted was, we felt, very reasonable. The meeting with the surveyor was equally friendly and he gave us ideas and suggestions we had not previously considered. The installation was excellent. Managed by Darren, who himself was an excellent advert for the company, it went better than we could have imagined. The only issue was that I had ordered the wrong letterbox and it really didn't go with the porch and surround. There was a "no problem" attitude and it was changed at no extra cost. I'm nosy and always ask the workers what the company is like as an employer. Everyone we met from Finesse spoke warmly about the company. How nice. It gave us both a huge amount of confidence in the company we had chosen. We'll certainly use them again. Such a nice friendly company.

Finesse fitted my conservatory three years ago. Yesterday morning I contacted them because one of the patio doors was difficult to lock in cold weather. They came out within three hours and fixed it immediately. I chose Finesse originally having heard so much about their wonderful service, and having had to call upon it yesterday, I can honestly say how delighted I am that I did choose them. After care service is a rarity these days but I can say the Finesse Windows team are amazing at it! Thank you so much.

I had solid wood windows replaced. When the person came to give me a quote he arrived on time. No sales pressure was applied. I decided to accept the quote and the surveyor came at the appointed time. My windows were fitted last week. The quality of the windows was excellent. The fitters were polite and very careful when removing my old windows The work was completed on time and exactly at the price quoted. The company stood out for me as they did exactly as promised at all stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Had 2 x new bays, 1 x back window, 2 x new French doors, and15 replacement units. All work undertaken and completed to a high quality. Problems that arose were dealt with in a professional way and remedied. The team led by Mick were brilliant; follow-up work required due to previous company fitters was scheduled and performed on time. No complaints at all and would use again should any need arise. Also, a thank you to the office staff for prompt and decisive work.

This is the third time I have used Finesse. This time I had two windows replaced and my conservatory refurbished (new roof, new windows and doors, new floor). I am absolutely delighted again. Their windows look beautiful and are very sturdy. My new conservatory looks stunning. I've had heat reflective glass in the roof - and it works! Even on a very hot day the conservatory is now a comfortable temperature and is a room that I can use all year. Lots of people have been involved in this project, from the guys who pulled down the old conservatory to the fitters, plasters and floor fitters. None of them could have been any more helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to Jez and Will who fitted the new conservatory - lovely people, incredibly hard workers and took such care to do great job. Also, thank you to Ellie who coordinated the project (not simple during a pandemic) and kept me fully informed - her friendly, fast and clear communications have been wonderful. We used Finesse windows to replace our old wooden ones. From start to finish they were superb. They came and assessed our need quickly and we did not have to wait long for them to start the work. The quality is excellent and the workmanship is superior. Darren and his dad came to install them and they are both such nice people. Helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We live in a very old house where nothing is square and they took time and trouble to make sure that the finishing was perfect. The craftmanship was right up there. I would recommend Finesse Windows unreservedly, I found them to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly as well as reasonably priced. We recently had our attic window replaced with UPVC for ease of cleaning and upkeep. As we live in a period property I wouldn't normally consider UPVC but have to say I am so impressed with the quality of the replacement I couldn't be happier. From start to finish the people we dealt with from sales team to the fitters and everybody in between were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The fitters Chris and Sam were very respectful of our home and put sheets down on all the stairs and landings, and didn't leave any mess. Again they were very easy to get on with and had great interpersonal skills, even though it was Sam's first day in the job. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Well Done Finesse!

Finesse Windows were recommended to us by a close relative of ours after they had built a new Conservatory for them. We therefore had no hesitation in ordering a new Conservatory for ourselves and Finesse did an excellent job for us too. This is a company with old fashioned customer focussed values which was apparent at every stage of our dealings with them. From the initial consultation to the final build, each and every one of their staff have been polite and professional in all of their dealings with us. The quality of materials used in the build are excellent and we could not be any happier with the finished product. We are now looking forward to getting many years of pleasure from our purchase.

Just had all my windows replaced. French doors fitted, radiator repositioned. Cannot fault the workmanship of all the traders involved, all arranged by Finesse. Builders, plumbers, plastering and of course Bill and Darren who fitted my windows to a very high standard of workmanship. All the workmen were polite and friendly. The price I felt was very fair to. A very professional company which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Having previously had a new patio door and electric garage doors, we didn’t hesitate in contacting Finesse to fit new windows for us. Their service from start to finish was very professional, including their COVID safe restrictions. The fitting team were polite, clean and tidy and did a very pleasing job. I had 3 windows replaced, including a floor to ceiling lounge window with door, using Finesse as they are Which? recommended. The consultation process was thorough and very Covid-safe. The installation was on time and professional, also Covid-safe. The window quality is excellent, as is security, there was no damage to decor and the installers cleaned up fantastically. They also removed a blind and refitted it for me. I particularly valued the helpful service as I am over 70 and some tasks are difficult for me. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

In our kitchen the only access to the outside was a door and solid kitchen window. When using the kitchen, for ventilation we opened the door, not a viable option in poor weather. A replacement window with a half opening was requested. Measurements were taken, a design and price agreed around March. Then the lockdown came. We were then given a date in June. The fitter turned up on time. took the old window out and replaced it with the new window in the existing surrounds. He clearly knew what he was doing in overcoming problems as they occurred. It was all done in half a day including clearing up and working within Covid restrictions. Overall, an efficient process at a reasonable price. This was our second encounter with Finesse and the previous high standards were maintained. Who would want to use anyone else?

Fitted front door about 3 yrs ago in my 87 yr old moms house. Kept noticing a draft and found front door was warped. They changed that but still had draft. When replacing carpet for tiling found they had not filled in around bottom of door and there were huge deep gaps with no filler. They had covered it up with carpet. Agent came today and said carpet had rubbed hole in floor! They need to take customer complaints seriously and also apologise for poor workmanship instead or arguing.

The whole process of having our near 4 metre wide sliding patio doors replace has proven to be much less tedious than we expected, mainly due to Finesse Windows. Following various quotes for different window/door designs in different materials we finally settled on sliding UPVC patio doors supplied and fitted by finesse. They were one of the only ones to give us a straight quote for the job without the usual double glazing haggle so we knew what it was going to cost. Having accepted the quote and paid our deposit, Coronavirus struck so we have subsequently waited 3 months for our fitting. Finesse kept us informed of what was going on and a surveyor was sent out as soon as it was possible. A date given for the install was preceded by the rules under which the install team would operate, all very careful and correct. Installation date arrived and we just had to remove ourselves from the work area and let them carry on with the job. Upon completion we were very nicely surprised at how good the new doors looked and were very impressed with the quality of the installation. We have not been put off even though we have found a slight issue with one of the glass panels, but this has also been dealt with very quickly, without discussion, and will be resolved very soon. Their customer service I have found to be exceptional at all times..

Had a new Palladio front door fitted. Excellent quality, really solid and looks it. The door originally arrived with the wrong glass but this was spotted before it was fitted. The company sourced replacement and got in touch as soon as it was available. The fitter was polite and professional. This is the 3rd job I have had done by Finesse and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great customer service, quality products.

I commenced the process by obtaining three quotations and followed up each quotation with a survey. It was clear that Finesse Windows were on the ball and very efficient during the initial stage and I had no hesitation in booking their services. The fitters were outstanding, respect for property, keeping me informed, attention to detail and customer service, an excellent experience start to finish. I would highly recommend.
