I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink late in the evening and was worried about the damage it was causing. I called Metropolitan Plumbing and from the first phone call they were reassuring, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They managed to fit me in quickly, and the engineer arrived exactly when they said they would. He found the source of the leak straight away, explained what had caused it in a way I could understand, and repaired it without trying to upsell me anything I didn’t need. Everything was left spotless afterwards, and I was really impressed by how professional and respectful he was throughout.

Have used multiple plumbing companies in the past and have always been disappointed as I can find them quite rude. Very pleased with the customer service of Metropolitan Plumbing; they were super friendly and put me at ease. I had a burst water pipe in my bathroom, and they came to sort it the same day. 10/10

Called this company after reading their Which reviews and glad I did, they came out the next day and replaced my tap, which has been driving me crazy for a few weeks due to a water hammer. Easy booking, nice staff, happy all around and would recommend 100%

Powerflushing - highly recommend

We get a Powerflush done every year as suggested by most heating engineers to keep our radiators in good working order. Our previous plumber has retired, so we took a chance and tried a new company. I’m really happy that we did, because Metropolitan Plumbing were excellent. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

Jen in the office was great, really friendly and efficient. Trevor visited our house due to a boiler fault and had it fixed that same day. No surprises upon invoicing. We would recommend them to friends and family - good plumbers are hard to come by !!

My boiler stopped working and showed an error. I emailed ten companies on here and this company were the first to respond, and every email I sent got a quick response within less than an hour, even at 9pm. They send you a link to track your engineer when they're on their way, and although the tracking stopped before they arrived, it was still really helpful. The engineer didn't manage to fix the fault the first time, that is, the fault returned 7 hours later, but they then were happy to come back the very next day and replace the pump. The boiler now works perfectly. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. The invoice firstly included 2 hours of labour, but when I queried it and said the first hour hadn't solved the problem, they reduced it to 1 hour. So I'm very happy and would use them again.
