ESTABLISHED IN 2004 WE ARE A FAMILY RUN WINDOW AND GUTTER CLEANING COMPANY LOCAL TO CHELTENHAM THAT OPERATES USING TRADITIONAL METHODS ONLY, THAT IS TO SAY THAT WE DO NOT OPERATE A "REACH AND WASH" WATER FED POLE SYSTEM. WHILST THESE SYSTEMS HAVE THEIR UNIQUE PLACE IN THE MARKET IT IS OUR CONTENTION THAT TRADITIONAL METHODS ARE STILL THE BEST, AS DO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. UNLIKE ANY WATERFED POLE SYSTEM WE USE VERY LITTLE WATER, THAT IS TO SAY LESS THAN 10 GALLONS A DAY, ALL OF WHICH IS DRAWN FROM A TOTALLY SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF RECYCLED RAINWATER. WE OPERATE IN CHELTENHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OFFERING WINDOW CLEANING AND A VARIETY OF OTHER SERVICES (AT A FREQUENCY TO SUIT YOU, INCLUDING ONE OFF AND AD HOC)

Mark replied very quickly to request for gutter and window cleaning and then came when he said he would. He did a very thorough job of cleaning out all the blocked gutters on a house we have just moved to. He cleaned the windows well and also cleared up all the mess out of the gutters. Very happy to recommend him.

Contacted Mark, received a quote the same day for cleaning my gutters on a four bedroom detached house, with some areas very difficult to get to. The work was done the next day as promised. I would thoroughly recommend this company, they were responsive, professional and friendly throughout, did an excellent job, and left everything clean on completion. Brilliant.

I contacted Outlook/Cheltenham Gutter Cleaning to clean the gutters at my place of work. Mark was very efficient and was at the office assessing the job within an hour of me calling. He had a very 'can do' attitude and once he had given me a quote - which I was very happy with, we arranged a date for the work to be carried out. Mark arrived on time to do the work and was very efficient. I hardly knew he was here. I would definitely recommend Mark for all you gutter clearing needs.

My gutters were well and truly blocked (on my 3 story house). Mark came within hours to assess the situation and unblocked them after the weekend. No mess, no hassle ("You go inside and keep warm," he said). I would certainly recommend him to friends.

Mark came when he said he would, cleaned my severely blocked guttering, cleaned and tidied after job was completed. Very friendly and professional , very pleased with the standard of work, so impressed I have booked for quarterly window cleaning and yearly gutter cleaning. Very fair pricing.
