ESTABLISHED IN 2004 WE ARE A FAMILY RUN WINDOW AND GUTTER CLEANING COMPANY LOCAL TO CHELTENHAM THAT OPERATES USING TRADITIONAL METHODS ONLY, THAT IS TO SAY THAT WE DO NOT OPERATE A "REACH AND WASH" WATER FED POLE SYSTEM. WHILST THESE SYSTEMS HAVE THEIR UNIQUE PLACE IN THE MARKET IT IS OUR CONTENTION THAT TRADITIONAL METHODS ARE STILL THE BEST, AS DO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS. UNLIKE ANY WATERFED POLE SYSTEM WE USE VERY LITTLE WATER, THAT IS TO SAY LESS THAN 10 GALLONS A DAY, ALL OF WHICH IS DRAWN FROM A TOTALLY SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF RECYCLED RAINWATER. WE OPERATE IN CHELTENHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OFFERING WINDOW CLEANING AND A VARIETY OF OTHER SERVICES (AT A FREQUENCY TO SUIT YOU, INCLUDING ONE OFF AND AD HOC)

Mark came when he said he would, cleaned my severely blocked guttering, cleaned and tidied after job was completed. Very friendly and professional , very pleased with the standard of work, so impressed I have booked for quarterly window cleaning and yearly gutter cleaning. Very fair pricing. Honestly I absolutely recommend.

Mark was great, I called him for a quote and he came the following day. He provided a reasonable quote that I proceeded with. He offered to clean the windows then and there, which was great. Brilliant quick service the windows look great and everything was so easy to sort and arrange.

Mark arrived exactly on time gave me a quote and returned the next day. Again arrived on time checked all the gutters-front, side and back-informed me the rear gutter was blocked- rainwater had been pouring over in a heavy downpour. Cleared the gutter -almost a full bucket from just the one side and left everything clean and tidy. The price was exactly as per the quote. Interestingly we had someone come round the week before with a camera who informed me the gutter was completely clear- which it patently wasn't. Would definitely use Outlook Window Cleaning again and would be happy to recommend them.

I saw these chaps cleaning a house opposite and I have been looking for a traditional window cleaner (not someone with a reach pole / water system), they happily obliged and got my windows cleaned there and then, great job and both very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend. Traditional window cleaning is more expensive then pole systems but the standards are much higher and often a better end result.

Mark responded to our email within minutes and visited our house to give a quote within a couple of hours! The gutters were cleared the next day in pouring rain by Mark and his son. Masses of moss was removed but no mess was left behind. Certainly needed doing & a job I couldn’t do myself. Excellent service all round. Would certainly recommend.

Mark came to give me a quote on the same day that I contacted him. The work was completed 1 week later. The guttering between my conservatory and bungalow roof was blocked with moss. Mark and his assistant cleared it completely, and then cleaned the conservatory roof. The work was completed as agreed, and the whole area was left in a clean condition. I was pleased with the work, and have recommended Outlook to a friend who asked them to do work for her.
