I cannot recommend RM Blake highly enough! From the initial quote to the final installation of my new boiler, the service was absolutely faultless. He arrived exactly on time, worked incredibly hard, and kept the house spotless throughout the process. What really impressed me was the time taken to explain how the new system works and how to get the most efficiency out of it. It’s so refreshing to find a tradesperson who is reliable, reasonably priced, and takes genuine pride in their work. 5 stars!

Everything you want in a tradesman; Easily contactable, great communicator, competitive rates. Good product knowledge, explains all options available to the customer. Mike fitted a new boiler 6 years ago, moving it from kitchen to airing cupboard, having patiently explained all aspects , and has since serviced it annually. Mike came to service the Worcester Bosch boiler he fitted exactly a year ago today. Mike always provides a first-class service. The boiler has been excellent, reliable, and very economical.

Mike Blake installed a new boiler, as well as relocating it from the attic to the ground floor. From his first visit to assess the job , through to completion of the work, his approach was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able and was prepared to spend time answering any questions with ease and ensured that I was able to select a boiler and thermostat that suited my needs. I received a clear, detailed estimate prior to agreeing to the work, which was carried out to time and budget. The work being completed in one day. Mike proved himself to be clean, diligent and very efficient and focused in his work . He gave me a detailed and patient walk-through of the use of the boiler and the thermostat on completion of the installation. When I developed an issue with one radiator a day or so later, Mike responded immediately to bleed the radiator and ensure that everything was in good working order. I shall definitely be using Mike for future plumbing work.

Mike was doing a job for a relative and out of the blue I asked if he could quote to replace my ageing combi boiler - he called up later that afternoon and although short notice, Mike supplied a favourable quote and we set up an appointment for the work. Communications with Mike were excellent and the work carried out was to a very high professional standard and without an issues. Mike also took time to explain my new system and made sure I understood how it worked. Highly recommended
