The service I received was very good, I just had reason to complain a couple of times. I had to chase my quote after a couple of days. I paid my 50 percent but had to chose installation date which in the end I did not get a call back and company closed for 7 weeks. I rang on 6/1 and was told it was 8/1 which is short notice. But overall, we are very happy with the heating.

Fitters were prompt and polite. They did not make any mess. One of them explained how to work the thermostat and even gave me his mobile number to call should I need him. Excellent tradesmen to match product.

I contacted Trust after receiving a very expensive quote to install gas in my property. When I was given a quote to install electric heating, the honesty of the salesman was to be credited. I had a total of 5 radiators suggested for gas installation, the Trust rep advised that only 3 required with a towel rail instead of a radiator in the bathroom. He advised that there would be no requirement for a radiator in the hall area. The installation went to plan, I was advised the day before of the time the engineers would be present for 15 Nov. Ben and Brice were the 2 engineers and they carried out their work in a professional manner, giving advice on how to maintain and even detach the radiators. I was unsure on how to operate the timer for the thermostats on the radiators and I e-mailed the office asking for guidance. During the week I was called by Ben to guide me on the process of how the timers operated. Even after he had called he replied to my texts for whenever I had a query, this was in the evening after 8.00pm. The heating is working fine now and I am more than pleased that I managed to discover Trust Electrical. Also I have been aware of "Which?" for many years and the reputation they carry. The "Which?" logo is displayed on Trust uniform/shirts. Thank you.
