We are a professional family-run team experienced in all aspects of roofing, ranging from complete new roofs, flat roofing systems, slate, tile and leadwork, plus a wide range of UPVC soffits and facia . We are proud to say that we ensure that the customer is crystal clear with what the work involves before the works start so that there is no confusion, and have true knowledge of our trade gained through experience and training. A & A Roofing Solutions are fully insured and with over 30 years of experience, we always aim to achieve full customer satisfaction by offering no obligation consultation, punctuality and taking the job from start to finish!
We are local roofers based in Bromley, giving us the benefit of being able to cover all areas in London and the South-East.

Advice on quality of repair work by another trader
A&A Roofing Solutions came well-recommended by the local council, Age UK, Which Trusted Traders and Checkatrade, so when a neighbour and I were left with worries about the roofline work done by another trader, I called Tony, AA's proprietor for advice. He was on leave but was immediately friendly and sympathetic. After listening to the story he offered to visit and give an opinion on the quality of the repairs, without a charge. I explained that I couldn't promise there would be work arising for his company but he said not to worry - either way it was part of his service. He came on the day agreed and spent time inspecting the work, giving a clear view on what had been done, its strengths and weaknesses and what to monitor for the future. He also took additional time to assess other aspects of my roof and gave a reassuring report. At all times I felt confident I was getting an expert and objective assessment. I shall confidently engage A&A as contractor should I need roofing services in the future.

Tony and his team did an excellent job repairing several large areas of our tiled roof, replacing two flat roofs and repointing a chimney and I’d have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again. He was very friendly and helpful and suggested that we could save and re-use a lot of the tiles that weren’t damaged to reduce costs. He turned up when he said he would, kept the disruption to a minimum and was very flexible when arranging work days around our availability. Our neighbour was so impressed that he asked him if he was available to help with his own roof. Thanks Tony! 👍

During heavy rain i was getting a small of leak of water through the roof, called Tony at A and A Roofing as they had been recommened by friends at church,He arranged to visit next day and arrived as agreed. Looked at roof and gave me a very reasonable price to do the neccessary repairs to make watertight. We arranged a visit the following week, Tony arrived as agreed and carried out the work quickly and efficiently I was very pleased with his courtesy and level of service. I would certainly recommend him.

Flat roof was reroofed following a leak. Repaired job immediately has puddling including on tar joints. Down pipe is higher than roof so can only drain if there is a large body of water on the roof. Which encourages... Leaks which is what is was done to fix.

I asked them to clear the moss on the roof, to replace broken roof cement and to replace fascia boards. On inspection, they assured me that moss was doing no damage and did not need clearing. They came promptly at the agreed time and date and replaced 4 fascia boards, gutters and brackets, apex boards and repaired the damaged cement in the roof valley. They wasted no time and removed all the waste. They were very obliging, and when a few days later I found a small unrelated problem, they found time to drop in again and fix it with no charge.

I got the name from other reviews on Which? They removed an old redundant vent which had caused leaks in the roof, then made the roof complete where the outlet had been, going to the trouble of finding roof tiles that would match the older ones around them. Quick response to my enquiry, then the work was completed shortly afterwards to the agreed budget. Prompt, efficient and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

A&A Roofing Solutions worked for me in March 2021. They did some roof lead work, replaced tiles, fitted soakers, and rendered parapet walls. They also painted the whole house exterior, filled rendering cracks, and sealed a leaking joint between the house and conservatory. They listened carefully to me, were pleasant to deal with, and worked with a will. The job was done within two days for a very reasonable price. They picked up a number of problems I was unaware of and fixed them for no extra charge, for example, re-fitting coping stones that had lost adhesion, and detecting poor sealing around windows. The work was done with minimum disruption, and they thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each working day. This is a professional firm of good workmen, and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Completed the work just before Christmas - They refitted a flat roof, they did some repairs to chimney and they're-fitted the flashing around windows. Very happy, absolutely, they came when they said they would, work done with minimal disruption, price is right. Very pleased. Going to get them to come do some additional work.
