Today, a year on from having my heating system replaced by Blackpool Boiler Installations. Dan the engineer arrived today to Service the Boiler everything went well, very polite chap, thank you, Dan. I look forward to my 2nd Service next year. Brilliant company and definitely recommend.

What an amazing service. Reported fault during the Christmas holiday period. My email was answered and a plan put in place. Awesome communication throughout. Job done today at the booked time, by a thoroughly pleasant and thorough engineer. Amazing!!

New customer after my previous gas engineer retired. First appointment had to be cancelled as another job over-ran but I was kept informed. Arrived slightly early for the second appointment and spent some extra time here working around the EON engineer changing the meters. Good service and a fair price. Will use again next year to keep my 24 year old Baxi pilot light boiler going forever.

We engaged this company to replace ageing central heating radiators on April 30th and May 1st. The job was completed on time and the fitter was friendly and informative. We used them because of our positive experience 12 moths ago when they replaced our gas boiler. As well as their excellent work I endorse this company because they keep the customer totally informed at all times, as opposed to many who regrettably do not.

Adam installed a combi boiler to replace our ageing heat only boiler. He and the company were friendly, efficient and helpful at all stages, and the installation was completed within the agreed time. We were kept informed by email, text or phone at all stages - many other companies we have dealt should learn from their example. We recommend them wholeheartedly !

We just moved to the area and the Bungalow had Electric storage heaters. Blackpool Boiler installations removed them all and installed a completely new system of Boiler and designer radiators in 4 days. The top of the range Boiler was installed in the loft and the radiators were put where we had asked them to be. The Gas pipe came into the loft at the lowest point and Adam had a struggle to reach it having to lay flat over several joists which proved very very awkward and uncomfortable. Adam and Mike were both punctual and professional and everything is working well and no leaks anywhere We have taken out a service plan to spread the cost and ensure the Boilers 12 year warranty is covered and we have peace of mind Adam also went through everything before leaving on the last day making sure we understood how to get the best out of our new central heating system. Overall no hesitation in giving This company 5 stars.

Boiler Serviced and replaced kitchen tap. Both jobs completed quickly and efficiently at the agreed time . Charges for standard jobs are set out on website and were exactly as charged. Friendly and professional trader that I would highly recommend.
