Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic! I was having issues with my very old boiler that was located in my bathroom. My hot water and heating were intermittent, plus we had a huge eyesore in the bathroom. With winter here and a young family, we needed to act fast. I called A&B because they are an approved Worcester installer. Alex came over and we discussed the options and he gave me a quote. I subsequently decided to get a new boiler installed into the loft (to save space in the bathroom), and Alex and his team were the guys for the job. The team were prompt and very professional, they completed the work to an exceptional standard. They built a frame for the new boiler, their carpenter boxed in all the pipework that was extended from the bathroom (which also covered where the old boiler was), they even covered the carpets and cleaned up after themselves (this delighted my wife!). I truly am delighted with the outcome. We have reliable hot water and central heating. The new boiler is quietly tucked away in the loft and the bathroom looks great and feels much bigger. It's fair to say after the service I experienced, A&B plumbing and heating will be called out for every annual service and whenever I need help from tradesmen. They are a great team and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Alex and the team relocated and fitted my new bathroom. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and to an extremely high standard. Alex was polite and gave useful advice and ideas; he worked with me to ensure the right outcome - a beautiful new bathroom at an excellent price. Alex also fitted a brand new eco central heating system, again to a very high standard and with minimal impact upon daily life. Alex was able to recommended other trades' people who too carried out impeccable work on my home renovations - great team. Alex fitted a new boiler for me. The price was competitive, the work carried out professionally. He was very helpful, clean and tidy and respectful of my house and family. A great service at a good price. Thoroughly recommended.

Having been let down badly by my usual plumber, and in need of having 2 boilers fitted at very short notice, Alex came round very late in the evening to assess my problems, then started work first thing next morning, despite being the weekend. My tenant informs me that he was very clean and tidy and worked efficiently. He did everything I asked of him and he was polite at all times. Alex' prices are in line with what I expect to pay for the work he does, without having to haggle. His approach means that I will now use Alex for all my houses. I recommend Alex highly.
