Quotation was acceptable, start date and time was agreed and achieved to by AB heating and plumbers, the work was carried out in an organised, professional careful manner with care being taken over our existing carpets and decorations. Workers were polite and curtious and we did not hear any bad language or cursing. We would have no hesitation in recommending AB Plumbers to any of our family or friends.

After discovering this jewel of a company I decided that they could be of further assistance in servicing my home central heating system on a annual basis, the price was right, the timing and respectful manner on all footings is 100% and the workmanship is of the highest standard, and they leave your home clean and tidy. We asked for a quote from AB Plumbing & Heating, having found them on the Worcester Bosch list of accredited installers. We had a visit from Adam, who was obviously professional from the outset, in a friendly, helpful way. He gave his time and knowledge generously and we felt immediately that we would invite him to do the work, if the quote was within our budget. The quote was in the same range as another we had received, so we booked the work. On the arranged day and time, Adam and his colleague Craig arrived and proceeded with the work. They were professional and friendly throughout and disrupted us as little as possible, clearing up as they went. They did a great job , which went smoothly (certainly so far as we were aware!). Returning the following day to complete the job fully, Adam then explained to us how to use the programmer and again answered all questions we asked him, patiently and clearly. We were left feeling confident that, should we have any concerns or issues, we could contact Adam, who would help us if he could, or advise us who to turn to i.e, the manufacturer. The final invoice was as the original quote, all present fully and clearly. We have already planned to book AB Plumbing & Heating for further work here.

Adam installed a new boiler, changed an old radiator, installed a new radiator where there was none, updated the valves on existing radiators. I chose Adam to complete the work because he took the time to give a good explanation of the options available to me, including highlighting the limitations of the different options. His quote was reasonable and I felt confident that his thorough approach during his initial assessment and quote would be reflected in his finish. His quote included a detailed list of all parts, which I found very reassuring. The work, including installing some new pipework was carried out neatly, and Adam obliged my request to have the boiler installed higher up. The condensate pipe needed to be taken outside and he ensured this was finished well. He pointed the outside where new holes were revealed. Adam and his assistant arrived promptly and left the place so clean, I wouldn't have known they had been. I would definitely use Adam again, and would recommend him (I have used many trades over the past few years and Adam has been the best).

Adam was professional, courteous, on time and thorough. I had a quote for the installation of a replacement combi boiler. He ran through the various options and provided a detailed quote which itemised the parts and labour separately. He and his colleague arrived at the date and time he said they would. He took time to put down cover on the carpet. All the work was done efficiently and he explained how everything worked. I would definitely use this firm again.

Contacted Adam via trust a trade on Sunday regarding a leak in my boiler, he replied straight away and suggested Monday to come and have a look , he came in Monday and identified the issue as rusty heat exchanger, he told me that he will send me a quote later as he want to know the part price. Hours later, he sent me the quote and we agreed on slot on Wednesday for the job to be completed. He came as agreed and finished the job to high standards. I would recommend Adam with confidence.

I had dropped something in my sink and had cracked it beyond repair. I reached out to a few plumbers and A Bailey were the first I managed to speak to. They got the quote back to me quickly and we arranged the date. The plumber arrived within the agreed timescale. He was polite and courteous. The work was done quickly and my bathroom cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use this company again and I can recommend them to anyone. Prompt invoicing once the job was completed.
