I contacted Adam after looking at Which Trusted traders to provide me with advice and a quote for a replacement boiler and potentially to replace my existing radiators. Adam was thorough in establishing my requirements, was the only engineer to actually measure the water flow rate and was then able to offer options for a new boiler. In terms of replacing my old radiators, I was again given several options but with no hard sell and Adam simply agreed to supply with me with a separate quotation for this work at no obligation. Any queries, questions I had about the new system were answered clearly and logically and Adam ensured that I fully understood what he was proposing. Given the very competitive quotations, I proceeded with both jobs which were completed in 3 days without any fuss, mess and with minimal disruption. His work is precise and exact and was done in such a way that would minimise my further bathroom refurbishment. All aspects of my new system were fully explained and demonstrated and I have no doubt that should I have any issues, Adam would immediately look to resolve these. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam (AB Plumbing & Heating) for any form of heating & plumbing work and would strongly suggest that anyone should at least include him in any estimates for work.

Adam responded quickly to my enquiry. He gave me a quote for replacing a float valve in a toilet cistern. He turned up on time, discussed what he was going to do and carried out the work efficiently. We were pleased with the service we got from him.

Adam replaced my elderly mother's electric shower. He was able to give a quote from seeing a photo of the shower and arrived when he said he would to fit it. The new shower was fitted without any fuss and my mother is very happy with it.
