Adam installed a new boiler, changed an old radiator, installed a new radiator where there was none, updated the valves on existing radiators. I chose Adam to complete the work because he took the time to give a good explanation of the options available to me, including highlighting the limitations of the different options. His quote was reasonable and I felt confident that his thorough approach during his initial assessment and quote would be reflected in his finish. His quote included a detailed list of all parts, which I found very reassuring. The work, including installing some new pipework was carried out neatly, and Adam obliged my request to have the boiler installed higher up. The condensate pipe needed to be taken outside and he ensured this was finished well. He pointed the outside where new holes were revealed. Adam and his assistant arrived promptly and left the place so clean, I wouldn't have known they had been. I would definitely use Adam again, and would recommend him (I have used many trades over the past few years and Adam has been the best).

Contacted Adam via trust a trade on Sunday regarding a leak in my boiler, he replied straight away and suggested Monday to come and have a look , he came in Monday and identified the issue as rusty heat exchanger, he told me that he will send me a quote later as he want to know the part price. Hours later, he sent me the quote and we agreed on slot on Wednesday for the job to be completed. He came as agreed and finished the job to high standards. I would recommend Adam with confidence.

I had dropped something in my sink and had cracked it beyond repair. I reached out to a few plumbers and A Bailey were the first I managed to speak to. They got the quote back to me quickly and we arranged the date. The plumber arrived within the agreed timescale. He was polite and courteous. Our old Potterton boiler was not working well. We contacted Adam Bailey and after much work (almost 1 day, but with no extra charge) he recommended a new boiler. The work took a long time (8 am to 5 pm non-stop, two people), but it was completed without fuss and with extreme efficiency. The boiler seems to be working well. Most important, using a Vaillant accredited engineer, we got a 10-year warranty. This is better than what British Gas is offering. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Adam's work, his professionalism, and dedication. We would call him again (hopefully it will not be required soon!) and recommend him to all.

Adam was thorough in establishing my requirements, was the only engineer to actually measure the water flow rate and was then able to offer options for a new boiler. Adam replaced my elderly mother's electric shower. He was able to give a quote from seeing a photo of the shower and arrived when he said he would to fit it. The new shower was fitted without any fuss and my mother is very happy with it.
