The service from AC Wilgar was superb from Start to finish. Friendly staff on the phone to book the appointment. Text messages to inform me what time my engineers is expected to arrive. A text from the engineer to let me know they were on their way. When the engineer (Gary) arrived, he was friendly, professional and informative of the work he was carrying out. His happy demeanour whilst working made my day! He explained everything that was checked, showed me the dates and expiration dates on things to be checked. Provided guidance on the best position to place my carbon monoxide monitor and explained the reasoning behind it. He tested all the new elements he installed. I would recommend AC Wilgar every day.

Huge thank you to A C Wilgar for a great job on our air conditioning supply and installation. The units look sleek, installation was very smooth, the team were great at explaining how to use them and took the time to stay with us at the end of the day while we got the hang of the App as well as the remote controls. The whole process from initial contact, to survey to installation was lightning fast, extremely organised and a very pleasant company to deal with in all interactions. Very glad we took the plunge - installation was less noisy and messy than anticipated, and the units have been hugely effective in cooling down the house. A great result!

Had a new boiler and radiator fitted recently by Andy and Ethan. They arrived on time, put down protective covers over the floor and worked tirelessly all day, completed a power flush and tested everything before they left. The guys were friendly and left everything in a clean and tidy state. I would highly recommend.

I moved into my flat and discovered the boiler was non functional. I contacted AC Wilgar who promptly arranged for a survey and quote at my convenience. Billy was very lovely, he explained what the work would entail and gave me a good quote. The job was booked right away which I was pleased about as I didn’t have hot water or heating. The engineers were professional, clean and very respectful. Best service, I definitely would recommend to anyone who has plumbing and heating needs.

Contacted AC Wilgar plumbing: heating on Monday, have quotation after inspection. Accepted quotation came punctually on Tuesday removed old and installed new boiler on same day, Credit have to be given to Andy Cox and Jack who did the job smoothly and efficiently, They are friendly and helpful, will highly recommend the company and the two workmen.

Wanted to share my positive experience with AC Wilgar.. This is the third time I’ve used the company - this time for my boiler.. which suddenly stopped working. Made the call to the office and Paul came to the house and had it fixed within half an hour… Paul explained in layman’s terms what had gone wrong (I hadn’t had it serviced in a few years) and residue had built up. As a recently single mum with teenagers who need heating and hot water I was at my wits end in the morning wondering what to do. AC Willar’s speedy and friendly response was second to none and I would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my boiler, called A C Wilgar as they are local, they diagnosed problem within a short time of arrival, quoted me the price for repair which was very reasonable and so asked them to proceed with repair. Our boiler broke on Monday. Wilgar came to inspect on Tuesday and unfortunately, the boiler needed replacing. They returned on Wednesday to quote for a new one, even bringing us fan heaters as the temperatures were very cold. They then got the boiler installed on Friday, did a very professional job. Would recommend them.

I have my boiler serviced annually but this is the first time I have written a review. Wilgar have a very efficient booking system that means I don't have to stay in all day waiting for the service engineer. Text message updates provide accurate estimates of when the engineer will arrive. These are sent with a profile and photo of the engineer, thus providing added security for me. Wilgar's engineers are always personable, tidy and provide clear advice if there is anything exceptional that requires fixing. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Called ACWilgar with a request to undertake an annual service to my CH boiler. The receptionist was very pleasant and promptly arranged a suitable date. I was messaged prior to the visit and given the name of the engineer who would be attending. Gary arrived at the time stated and carried out the service with a professional attitude and a customer service rarely given this day and age. Would use again

We are very pleased with the new boiler and the way in which the work was carried out in a tidy, methodical and friendly manner. It took two days, as planned, including the diligent cleaning up afterwards. We would not hesitate to recommend Wilgar's for the installation of a new boiler, or for their service contract, which we have had for over thirteen years. Overall, a five star service.

When your boiler goes kaput during one of the coldest snaps of the year (-4 degrees) you could do with Thunderbirds to help you out. Sadly they weren't available but hey, step up A C Wilgar led by Billy & Jeff. The boiler died on a Monday and we had a new system surveyed, installed & relocated from the kitchen to the loft by the following Wednesday. The installation took one day: mind you Andy & Jack (Scott & Virgil) worked tirelessly from 7:30 am to almost 6 pm at night fitting a very nice Worcester Bosch model. The A C Wilgar team are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. Their communication is excellent and they turn up on time. And they're a caring company: Billy dropped off a couple of fan heaters as it was so cold in the house. Are we happy? Absolutely. Would we recommend: Absolutely. Many thanks to A C Wilgar for your excellent, professional & caring service. You are F.A.B.
