Unlike almost all other heating installers we employ all our engineers in-house as PAYE staff. This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your job and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care.

We have branches in Orpington and Beckenham and service the broader North Kent and South-East London areas.

The work was done on time/date and to the agreed cost. The engineer was friendly and courteous. The engineer treated the property with respect and left the working area in a clean condition. Feedback from the engineer was helpful about insulating the external condense pipe. I have used this company for at least five years to service boilers at two properties and on all occasions they have delivered an excellent service.

We always use Wilgar for our heating and plumbing needs. This visit was for our annual boiler service - the engineer has been before (Gary) - really friendly and definitely knows his stuff. Very efficient and super tidy too. Can highly recommend this company.

The service engineer, Jack, arrived on time and was very polite. He had to replace a part and service the boiler. This was done with the minimum of fuss and Jack was happy to tell me exactly what he was doing and why. A great job!
