Unlike almost all other heating installers we employ all our engineers in-house as PAYE staff. This means that we have no sub-contract labour, which means no hidden costs to be passed onto our customers. We are also annually audited by two independent quality control bodies. With no financial gain to our engineers to rush your job and with our stringent quality control checks in place, you are guaranteed the highest quality of service, delivery, installation and after care.

We have branches in Orpington and Beckenham and service the broader North Kent and South-East London areas.

The service engineer, Jack, arrived on time and was very polite. He had to replace a part and service the boiler. This was done with the minimum of fuss and Jack was happy to tell me exactly what he was doing and why. A great job!

As usual an efficient service. Notified in advance of firstly a change to day to visit, well in advance, and then prompt arrival on the day. Engineer explained what he was doing and replaced a worn part which didn’t affect performance, yet. Polite, efficient and punctual.

Jack came to service my boiler today. I have been using AC Wilgar for at least 10 years and met Jack at least four times. A C Wilgar's service is very easy to use (they text to confirm booking, let you know arrival time etc), reliable and was great when i had problems with an old boiler. Jack today was very polite and easy to chat to. It's raining today and i noticed he took the time to ensure his feet were wiped. He also spoke to me after the service to pass on some advice about using the boiler to max efficiency and keeping my fuel bills down. Great advice and service.

Jack did a great job of servicing our boiler. Good communication for arrival times, excellent boiler service and sorted out an air gap in our towel rails. Have been using Wilgar for as long as we’ve lived in the area, and will continue to do so.
