Absolutely brilliant service from Andy. Honestly, from start to finish he was spot on. When we first called him, we were expecting the usual “I can see you in a few weeks” response, but instead he managed to fit us in within a couple of days, which made a big difference. When he came round, he was professional but also really easy to talk to. A genuinely nice, down-to-earth guy. He clearly knows his stuff, he spotted the fault quickly, explained what the issue was in simple terms, and talked us through the options to get it sorted. You can tell he takes safety seriously and isn’t just there to rush through a job. Another thing that stood out was how tidy he was. He made sure everything was cleaned up properly before leaving, which isn’t always the case with tradespeople. No mess, no hassle. Price-wise, very fair. No overcharging, no surprises just honest work at a reasonable rate. It’s not easy finding someone you can genuinely trust, but Andy is definitely one of them.
