I called the guys to appraise the job, and they arrived the next evening (would have been the previous day but heavy rain). Nice guys went straight up reviewed the leaking chimney, took pictures and then explained what they had found. I asked for a quote and when they could do the work. They provided a window a week out with a notice that they had a big job the following week. The estimate came the next day, was very reasonable. After a mix up in the days which the guys apologised profusely for the delay they arrived and did the job with minimal fuss. As they finished, they made sure tidy they once again took the time to explain and show pictures of the work. Friendly family business, all very keen to ensure that the customer is happy .

Replaced with Homeline UPVC (BBA approved) so good quality materials. I got a number of quotes and they were in the middle range. The fact they were Which approved and have excellent reviews (genuine) swung it for me. The work was done over 1.5 days. Small mid terrace house. Didn't rush but worked to get the job done properly. They gave me a fixed price quote and stayed within that budget. Team of three. Arron, Alan (his father) and Louis. I found them to be professional, polite, friendly and conscientious. They took pride in their work. Arron came to quote and explained the materials being used and how things would be done. The house looks so much better, you can see they have done an excellent job. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. I actually left the house open for them when going out and have never done that before for any other tradesmen!

Having used another builder (not from this site) to replace the soffits, facias and guttering we were left with a damaged roof and water coming through the ceiling. Contacted Arun and he came round on his way home and did a temporary repair to make the roof watertight. Came back a couple of days later and fully repaired the damaged area and also checked the rest of the roof for broken tiles. Cannot fault his customer service or indeed the quality of the work. Have already recommended him to a friend who needs work doing. Only wish I had used him in the first place to do the original work!

Arron and his team replaced all the guttering and fascias at the back of my house on a freezing cold day in December 2017 and removed an old metal downpipe. They were really nice guys and did a great job. Booking them in was easy - Arron responding really quickly to my emails - and the cost of the work was very fair. I'll definitely use the company again for any future roofing work.

A prompt quote with excellent communications and good follow-up. Given the two big storms blowing through and the relative insignificance of the damage to our roof, the work was done very promptly, tidily and efficiently. Good explanations of what was proposed, found and done were given. Terrific - many thanks.

I called other roofers (not from this site) and did not get a response either by telephone or email. I came here and tried Aaron and got a quick response. He came and viewed the work. We agreed the job and the date for the work. On arriving he reviewed his previous assessment and it took less time (and cost) than expected.

Having asked a more local roofer (not a Which? Recommended Trader) and getting no response, I asked Aaron (not so local) if he would call to find the cause of a damp patch. The cause was found, and as it was small he sorted it there and then for no charge. Aaron has restored my faith in local (and not so local) tradespeople.
