We have just had our front and rear gardens completely made over by Tony and his great team. They have worked diligently and professionally throughout all the various types of weather we have recently experienced. We have had a new patio laid (looking great), new front and rear turf, trees planted, borders prepared and planted with winter plants, a new front garden hedge planted along with some house repointing and the installation of aco drainage. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend to anyone.

Tony and his team have looked after the large garden of my elderly aunt since 2018. They started with a big tidy up of many overgrown shrubs and trees in the back garden and laying weed control membrane and gravel in the front garden. Ever since they have carried out regular routine lawn mowing and maintenance work, plus some other bits of fencing work as required, at a reasonable price. They always arrived when they were supposed to and I felt completely confident allowing them access to my aunt's property. I would definitely recommend them.

When we used Tony’s services some twenty years ago, we were very satisfied, so we were disappointed to have a number of problems with this latest job. Despite our initial discussions, some of the hedge trees were planted on the wrong side of our property boundary and had to be replanted, and the installation of the fencing and gate, particularly the key-pad lock, was poor. Tony himself was very conscientious, but in the end, after 4 or 5 return visits by his team, I felt I had to finish off the work myself so that everything worked as it should.

Firstly , the clients are a very nice couple and made us very welcome. I must say that I feel a little disappointed by this review. This Job was started at the first lock down stage. There were a few issues as a result of this which I resolved at my own cost even if it they were not my responsibility. I dealt with any issues that were presented. The client removed a security lock that was fitted and refitted it. It was not functioning after that so we removed the lock, and supplied and fitted a new one free of charge. We supplied a number of complimentary extra materials and services in the form of compensation for issues that we were aware of. This was agreed and accepted at the time by the client. Unfortunately this is our first ever less than 5 star review and we are sorry that in this case we couldn't satisfy your expectations. Tony and his team significantly cut back a beech tree which had grown too big for a small garden. They offered excellent service and advice throughout. The tree is now in balance with the rest of the garden and is a pleasure to look at. Great work!

I called Mr. Bartlett after 'Doris' took my fences. He was so kind and helpful and he contacted my son via email with the quote and his plan for me - which we appreciated. He bought in gardeners and extra soil, who re-planted my borders. They cleaned everything away and I am left with beautiful new fences. I can never thank Mr. Bartlett and his men enough.
