Founded in 1966, A J Rogers and Sons is the leading carpet and flooring company, based in South London. We are a family run business celebrating over 50 years with a reputation built on personal service, professionalism and most importantly, quality.
Peter and Trevor Rogers, sons of founder Anthony, take a hands-on approach to running the business, and share an in-depth knowledge of flooring, materials and installation techniques.
These skills remain core to the operating values of the company, and we are fairly unique in that we employ our own in-house teams of highly trained fitters to ensure a perfect installation for you every time.

This company laid an Amtico vinyl tile floor over our existing black slate floor. The new floor is mostly a soft white, and this has greatly lightened the kitchen. The floor is now warm to walk on, easy to clean, looks really good, and the special pads to put on the chair and table feet ensure they don't scratch it, and are almost silent when moved. (On the old floor it was quite an irritating sound.) The men who did the work did a superb job and were a pleasure to have around. The company ensured we had minimum disruption. The new floor was expensive, but we feel it was worth every penny, and was organised by an extremely experienced and expert company.

A J Robers recently laid an Amtico floor in my new kitchen. I am extremely pleased with the result and the helpful service I received in choosing the tiles whilst in their shop. They arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. I had also used their services last year to replace landing stair and bedroom carpets which I was also very pleased with, and can definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service provided by A J Rogers from the time we walked into the showroom until the final piece of carpet was laid. The team took our concerns seriously. The fitters were happy to postpone fitting until we felt safe. One very small point to raise. They were late on their first day. They made up for it by being early on the second.

The Amtico flooring installed by AJRogers was the finishing touch to a major ground floor refurb in our home. Throughout the process, commencing with our initial showroom visit through to installation we have found AJRogers to be customer focused, communicative and clearly experts in their field. Our experience with A J Rogers has been wholly positive from the very first consultation to the end result, leaving us so much happier in our home. They advised and then fitted two major transformations in our home - downstairs wood flooring and carpet to upstairs rooms and stairs. At every stage they were helpful, really listened to what we wanted and provided good advice. In fact, their after sales / customer service was faultless - keeping in contact in the run up to the job, checking in at times to make sure we were happy and very responsive when we had questions. Their fitting team were professional, very clean and tidy and did a truly excellent job. Our home transformation has been a significant investment for us that could have caused some anxiety, but we are absolutely thrilled with how it's turned out and are delighted to wholeheartedly recommend A J Rogers.

We had a sisal stair runner fitted by AJ Rogers, very professional from initial showroom visit to estimate at our home, to cutting of patterns for stair winders right up to final fitting. All involved were courteous and helpful and work was to the highest standard with no mess. The work site was left spotless and we are very happy with our stair runner.
