I rarely take the time to post reviews, but AJ Rogers deserve another shout. Their attention to detail and the customer service was very reassuring. Friendly and professional, which made for a pleasant experience throughout - highly recommended.

They were recommended by a friend and proved to be an excellent choice. The total experience from showroom to fitting was efficient and professional. They were a pleasure to do business with.

We've recently had a stairs and landing carpet fitted by A J Rogers & Sons Ltd and are really pleased with it. Everyone involved, from the initial visit to the store onwards, were a pleasure to do business with. I've already recommended them to several friends!

We have never used AJ Rogers before but see their vans everywhere. From start to finish they are extremely efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and our stairs and landing look great! Very pleased and will use them in future .

We had never used A J Rogers before but would certainly use them again. They were very helpful when we were trying to decide on our choice of carpet and lent us large sized samples to take home, even searching through their store room to find one we had seen on a manufacturer's website. The whole fitting process and door trimming was professionally done and we were very pleased with the result. We can certainly recommend this trader.

We've had a wood floor fitted in our kitchen and living room and carpet running through two landings and two sets of staircases. From my first trip to the shop everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable - they really know their stuff, and the fitting process could not have been easier from our end. Everything completed looks great.

We have used A J Rogers and Sons for several flooring projects, including marmoleum tiling (dining room, kitchen and hall), marmoleum sheeting (bathroom) carpeting (loft landing and stairs) and laminate flooring (four bedrooms in total). I have used the firm over and over again because I trust them to do a good job. I am very happy to recommend them. Throughout I have found the sales and fitting staff courteous, helpful and clear on costs. Where there has been unexpected additional work to do discovered during the job they have been quick to react and set out the options and cost implications. The fitting staff have worked hard for a quality finish and been happy to return if I have asked them to (once for a marmoleum tile that needed adhesive and once for a squeaky floorboard under a laminate floor that required half the floor to be raised and relaid). As one of the fitters said, 'We're not happy unless you're happy'.

Excellent service from this family firm , as always. Having laid a number of floors for us over the years, we had them all cleaned recently. It was a big job, and they did their best to fit it all in before Christmas, at quite short notice. Cheerful friendly staff and they are now all looking fabulous!

We have been having a number of home improvements taking place and therefore know what it is like to be let down and suffer poor customer care. However in amongst this work Rogers and Sons have advised, measured and laid a superb hallway wooden floor and completed it in time for Christmas! If we were not 100% happy they sent someone out and rectified the problem with no fuss. Could not be happier with their efficient and excellent work. Highly recommended. From the range of materials on display through to the final fitting or installation Rogers continues to offer excellent service and focus on customer needs. Our recent Amtico installation was superb; following helpful advice on colour and layout, the two teams who prepared the floor and laid it were professional in every respect. We have in the past few weeks had old Amtico flooring cleaned and brought back to life; new Amtico flooring laid in the ground floor hall; squeaky wooden stairs tamed; and new carpets laid on both flights of stairs and landings. Rogers & Sons have provided a quality service from start. with patient and knowledgeable advice in the showroom, through the excellent workmanship of all the jobs, to the final call from the boss to check that we were happy before we were invoiced.

From fitting carpets and restoring 1960's finger parquet flooring to laying the Amtico in the kitchen - not to mention the patient and well-informed advice and suggestions prior to ordering - A J Rogers have come up trumps for us every time. Thoroughly recommended.

A J Rogers never fail. Have just had parquet flooring sanded and lacquered and has brought it back to life. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and the work was carried out efficiently.

A J Rogers have laid both carpet, vinyl and wood floors for us over the years and I won't go anywhere else. They are so easy to deal with. Their knowledge about and choice of flooring is first rate. All the staff are so easy to deal with, are genuinely friendly and the work is carried out quickly, quietly and neatly and the end result is perfect flooring. If you want a job done properly and to the highest standard I recommend them.

Years ago, Rogers restored our wood panel flooring and after having a fireplace removed we had a section of flooring that needed the same treatment. We have just had it sanded and varnished -by the same guy who did the original job ! So their craftsman stay with them, which is a good sign. The price was great as was the service. We have used this from for years and would definitely recommend them.
