From estimation by Kevin to completion of our flooring job we give 10 out of 10! Our tiled kitchen and utility floor were screeded and levelled and then 2 days later the Amtico flooring was laid and both jobs were expertly carried out by Rob, Fraser and Richard. Along with the help of Gemma, Neil and Michael who helped put this into place at short notice we say thank you and would highly recommend AJ Rogers for excellent customer service.

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen floor and very grateful to everyone that we have come into contact with at A J Rogers. From start to finish everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful. Everything happened when they said it would and the floor was fitted on time by a very Professional fitter who also gave us information about future care of the floor. Fantastic service from start to finish. The showroom staff were super helpful in choosing the right flooring and allowed us to try out large samples at home. Every member of the team from bookings, fitters to the accounts team were professional and helpful. And the floors look amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be returning when we need flooring for other rooms.

AJ Rogers have done a fabulous job with the hard wood flooring downstairs (Herringbone hard wood floor) and the carpet on stairs and upstairs is lovely too. The firms professionalism from sales support, home visits to measure, fitting, moving furniture about, rubbish removal and customer service in general – all outstanding. That goes for my Son’s place as well at Cobden Road which you also did fantastically . No hesitation in recommending 100%.

We used A J Rogers to design, create and install a set of stair runners - partly to replace existing carpeted stairs, and partly to finish a new set of stairs in a loft extension. We’re delighted with the finished product and the quality of the installation - but the whole process, advice and care from the whole team (when I visited the shop to decide on fabric and design, and when arranging the installation itself) was excellent. I would highly recommend and be happy to work with A J Rogers again.

We have had our kitchen renovated and we wished to cover some old tiles. A J Rogers did so using Amtico flooring. Their service was excellent from start to finish. We used A J Rogers 4 years ago to replace our upstairs and stair carpets. They are to be highly recommended.

My new stair carpet (2 flights) looks fantastic. Their workmanship is first-class. The experience with AJ Rogers from the initial measurement & advice, to the sales staff in the shop and not least the excellent carpet fitters is of a standard that is becoming quite rare these days.

A.J. Rogers has a great team starting in the shop with pleasant, helpful advice, but nothing pushy. The job was for two toilet floors, bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and larder. First home visit to measure up, again, good solid advice. Very professional. Installation work was carried out sooner than expected. As requested, I was given a cancellation slot. All the fitters were on time every day, polite, careful, and left everything clean and tidy. They all did an excellent job. Even Charlie (better known as James Bond), the youngest of the team, and learning did well. The James Bond bit is all about how he likes his coffee, not a martini! We were kept well informed, and checks were made to make sure we were happy with the work before we were asked for payment. I was immediately informed and given a refund when it turned out that part of the job that had been estimated didn't need doing after all. Grateful thanks to all the team.

From fitting carpets and restoring 1960's finger parquet flooring to laying the Amtico in the kitchen - not to mention the patient and well-informed advice and suggestions prior to ordering - A J Rogers have come up trumps for us every time. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service from this family firm , as always. Having laid a number of floors for us over the years, we had them all cleaned recently. It was a big job, and they did their best to fit it all in before Christmas, at quite short notice. Cheerful friendly staff and they are now all looking fabulous!

A J Rogers & Sons fitted Amtico flooring in our new extension. They are a highly professional company. The price they quoted was very competitive. The work was carried out to an excellent standard. More significant perhaps there were a couple of things that came up after the fitting which needed some extra work. They carried out this work without any fuss and at no extra charge. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
