My new stair carpet (2 flights) looks fantastic. Their workmanship is first-class. The experience with AJ Rogers from the initial measurement & advice, to the sales staff in the shop and not least the excellent carpet fitters is of a standard that is becoming quite rare these days.

A J Rogers have just installed Amtico floors in 3 rooms. The standard of workmanship is first class, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They are punctual, highly skilled and clear up after themselves.

A J Rogers did a very good job installing carpet at my home. The shop staff and the fitters are all really friendly and helpful. They have a good reputation and I wasn't disappointed.

Visits to A. J. Rogers shop were, for someone who generally doesn’t enjoy the retail experience, a pleasure; the staff were friendly, helpful and informative which was essential with such a wide range of products available to chose from. We chose Amtico for the lounge, hallway and downstairs toilet, and carpet for the stairs and landing. The chosen floorings were laid on the agreed dates by staff who were clearly highly experienced professionals, who worked hard and took pride in providing an excellent service and end result. Overall, excellent customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending A.J. Rogers & Sons.

We had carpets fitted in four rooms of our house including the lounge and dining room. Our initial visit to the shop, measuring/quotation and actual fitting were all positive experiences and we're really pleased with the result. We opted for a higher-cost carpet and it does look/feel good quality. We would certainly use AJ Rogers again.

Thank you so much AJ Rogers & Sons for doing a flawless carpet job on our stairs, mezzanine and main landings. My partner and I are super happy with the results! It wasn't a straightforward job, as the house was built around 1903: the landings weren't level, a few floorboards were dodgy and one stair needed bracketing. Dan came to measure up and was really helpful in explaining what remedies they could offer to fix the issues. He said he'd draw up both a 'bare minimum' and 'bells and whistles' quote so we could choose what level of investment we wanted to make. Everything was itemised so we could choose what quality underlay we wanted etc. We secured the booking with a 50% deposit and arranged a mutually convenient date. The fitters did a great job over two days. They were professional, efficient and cleared up both days so we could use the space ok overnight. Would highly recommend this family firm. It was infinitely better than a certain chain of carpet fitters we've used on a different project!

We have always received honest and practical advice, and work carried out has always been of the highest standard. Recently we have had new flooring laid in our cloakroom; and the hall, stairs and landings completely refitted with carpet - we're really pleased with the results. This was the first time we have used this company. From the first phone call to the payment for the work their service has been first class. Dan came to estimate and gave good advice. Prep by Jack was impressive and Stuart and Jack came to fit the Amtico and adjust doors and fit new wooden door bars. The quality of their work was outstanding. Very nice people who are a credit to the company. This will not be the last time we use this company. I have no hesitation in saying you will not be disappointed.

Just had AJ Rogers & sons fit a lovely carpet on our stairs, hallway and bedroom. I would like to comment on there first class customer service we received from ladies in shop, from Dan who measured up and finally to Alex and James the fitters on the day, they were well mannered and finished the job to a high standard, but a huge big thanks to all of them. First time using them and certainly won’t be the last!

Good quality carpet and a good solution for a tricky staircase. James did a great job of the fitting.

We used A J Rogers to design, create and install a set of stair runners - partly to replace existing carpeted stairs, and partly to finish a new set of stairs in a loft extension. We’re delighted with the finished product and the quality of the installation - but the whole process, advice and care from the whole team (when I visited the shop to decide on fabric and design, and when arranging the installation itself) was excellent. I would highly recommend and be happy to work with A J Rogers again.

AJ Rogers have done a fabulous job with the hard wood flooring downstairs (Herringbone hard wood floor) and the carpet on stairs and upstairs is lovely too. The firms professionalism from sales support, home visits to measure, fitting, moving furniture about, rubbish removal and customer service in general – all outstanding. That goes for my Son’s place as well at Cobden Road which you also did fantastically . No hesitation in recommending 100%.

A J Rogers supplied and fitted carpets for our bedrooms. They confirmed the order in writing, setting out in clearly the options and related costs. They completed the job within the indicated time. The fitters were friendly, professional and efficient and left the rooms clean and tidy. All in all very happy with the job.

I have just recently had my stairs carpeted. I’m very pleased with the results. They look amazing. I bought a two tone magpie striped carpet. The carpet fitters were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and hoovered the carpet. They were really helpful and polite. I used to get my carpets from carpetright but I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
