Sam’s attention to detail in laying a wooden floor in the hall was superb as was the carpet laying done by Chris. Showroom staff, knowledgable and helpful, offering a very wide range of good quality products that are not always available on the night street. A great find - thank you!

We live in Greenwich and have used A J Rogers for many years. After some increasingly bad experiences with a national store, we will now always use them for preference and it is so nice that there are still small family firms, maintaining the highest standards of work with really friendly and caring customer relations. This time they supplied and fitted a stair/hallway carpet - no easy job in a 4 story, 200-year-old house. As usual, the work was immaculate and Chris, the fitter, was friendly, tidy and highly professional. They were also very helpful in turning up a couple of weeks earlier, at no extra cost, to cut away part of the old carpet to allow us to decorate first.

Beautifully laid Amtico conservatory floor. Excellent advice on product and colour in the shop followed by a perfect fitting . A totally satisfying purchase. Not the cheapest but worth it.

I have used A J Rogers for a lot of flooring requirements in my house. They are professional, trustworthy, provide good advice and options to allow us to make the right decisions and their fitting is always carried out a high standard.

I had never used AJ Rogers before but they came on a friends recommendation. I was warmly greeted on entering the shop and booked an appointment for someone to come and measure up. That person arrived with a very friendly greeting and went through exactly what would happen. I was expecting a delay in the actual fitting but I was called and told it could be done immediately. I had agreed to have Karndean tiles fitted. On the first visit the guys put down the base for the tiles then came back two days later to complete the job. On completion I was asked to check the new flooring. On doing so I couldn't believe how good it looked, much better than I was expecting. The guy fitting the floor was very friendly and on both visits cleaned up and so I had nothing to do. The day after the floor was fitted someone called to check that I was happy. I am really delighted with the outcome and will use them again in the future.

A J Rogers fitted 2 bedrooms carpets, landing and stair runner. The service was friendly and communicative throughout. The sales team were incredibly helpful, sent me plenty of samples and recommendations, and completely worked to my budget without compromising on quality. The fitting team were on time, polite, very neat and did an excellent job. A J Rogers laid Amtico in my hall way and I am very pleased with the result. The process started with Kevin visiting me and discussing options for the hall. We then visited the shop and had a good look at options, again with good advice. Finally the floor was laid by Stuart who was a real professional and laid the floor beautifully. There was a spot of nail varnish on the Amtico which had been laid in one of the bedrooms 20 years ago and Stuart removed this free of charge. I can really recommend A J Rogers for their professionalism and good service.

We had 4 bathrooms/toilets fitted with the same intricate Amtico design. AJ Rogers did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. Even the price was considerably less than a rival local company. We would not hesitate to use this company again for our next flooring project.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable from moment we first entered the showroom. Patient help on selecting carpet with numerous samples to compare at home. Convenient dates arranged for fitting. Excellent work by James and Jack in moving some furniture, removal of old carpet and underlay and cleaning up before efficiently and expertly laying new carpet. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home. Overall experience excellent, very pleased with the end result and price charged. Happy to recommend them.

I needed to replace three large area rugs that I was having problems keeping stain free. I got great advice on what material to use and help with colour matching. I am very happy with the result and will be using AJ Rogers again soon.

Just had AJ Rogers & sons fit a lovely carpet on our stairs, hallway and bedroom. I would like to comment on there first class customer service we received from ladies in shop, from Dan who measured up and finally to Alex and James the fitters on the day, they were well mannered and finished the job to a high standard, but a huge big thanks to all of them. First time using them and certainly won’t be the last!

We were recommended AJ Rogers by a friend. We were not disappointed. Excellent service from start to impressive finish. The customer care is exceptional and they went above and beyond in all aspects. Always on hand to take a call or email. They kept our flooring on premises as we encountered some delays with our decorators. When we eventually scheduled the fit out, we could not be more delighted, the service and product exceeds expectations. We are thrilled with the end result. I arranged for Neville Johnson to supply and install new bannisters along two flights of stairs. On their recommendation I instructed AJ Rogers to take up the existing stair carpets. This was done efficiently and quickly including lifting and folding back as necessary the carpet on the landings. Then due to the replacement of telephone cables the completion of the new bannister installation took weeks longer than expected. AJ Rogers had taken away the stair carpets and stored them for me during this hiatus. They also advised that the carpet on the flight from ground to first floor had degraded. I therefore purchased a new carpet to match the colour and quality of the existing carpet from first floor to second floor. AJ Rogers found a colour match for me and supplied and fitted the new carpet with new underlay for both flights of stairs. The refitted carpet and new carpet have clearly been fitted with more skill than the original fitting, and definitely enhance the appearance of my new bannisters. At all times I found everyone that I spoke to and met at A J Rogers to be helpful, friendly and above all professional. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.
