An amazing service from start to finish. Carpeted three rooms, hallways and stairs to an exceptional standard with great advice given throughout. Everyone involved from day one until final fitting utterly professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A J Rogers & Sons did a great job installing a floor in our loft. In order to do so they removed and disposed of an old water tank, bits of piping and various other pieces of un required paraphernalia. They did a great job, turned up on time and always with a helpful an co-operative attitude. Previously, they fitted our kitchen floor and we were very happy to bring them in a second time for this job. All work was completed on time and to budget.

A J Rogers, literally on our door step have provided a fantastic professional service; from Dan’s advice and meticulous planning to the fitting and communication from the team. We’ll be back soon as we have the rest of the house to carpet.

Have just had new carpeting and have used A J Rogers previously. They are still excellent. I would recommend them for the quality of their work.

Following a flood the replacement carpet was difficult to source. AC Rogers liaised with the manufactures from the outset including planning, sourcing and laying. I would always use them in preference to anyone else.

The service in the shop was excellent with really knowledgeable advice tailored to our exact needs whilst also being aware of cost. We were kept well informed by email as to the progress of our order. On the day of the carpet fitting the fitters arrived on time, were very careful, neat and tidy and did an excellent job. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had – from first going in to choose the carpet, to completion. My whole house was done (both carpet and Amtico) and I had building works carried out at same time. Michael and his team worked round my roofers with dates and were completely flexible – nothing was too much trouble - the co-ordination & communication at AJ Rogers is seamless. The fitting guys were lovely. Brilliant job - no negatives to say at all! Please use AJ Rogers – totally reliable and lovely people.

The contract consisted of laying a Kahrs engineered wood floor in our lounge. Very satisfied with the result, and the work was performed efficiently and to a high standard. Contact with everyone, at every stage, was polite and professional. We will happily use this company again.

A J Robers recently laid an Amtico floor in my new kitchen. I am extremely pleased with the result and the helpful service I received in choosing the tiles whilst in their shop. They arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. I had also used their services last year to replace landing stair and bedroom carpets which I was also very pleased with, and can definitely recommend them.

We were recommended A J Rogers by our kitchen installer and we weren’t disappointed. Everybody showed a high degree of professionalism from Trevor who came around to measure and advise, Gemma in the showroom,Neil and Michael in the warehouse and the fitters especially Matt and Buddy. The job was to screed and level the floors and then lay carpet and Amtico. Everything was completed to the highest standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This company laid an Amtico vinyl tile floor over our existing black slate floor. The new floor is mostly a soft white, and this has greatly lightened the kitchen. The floor is now warm to walk on, easy to clean, looks really good, and the special pads to put on the chair and table feet ensure they don't scratch it, and are almost silent when moved. (On the old floor it was quite an irritating sound.) The men who did the work did a superb job and were a pleasure to have around. The company ensured we had minimum disruption. The new floor was expensive, but we feel it was worth every penny, and was organised by an extremely experienced and expert company.

Workmen arrived on time and were friendly and polite. At the finish of each day they cleaned up any mess. Work was finished ahead of time and they carried the chairs down from upstairs for me which meant I didn’t have to wait for my son’s visit. Floor was completed as per original discussion and I am very pleased with it.

A J Rogers were fantastic from start to finish. The service from the people in the shop to the gentleman who came out to measure our sitting room to the carpet fitters was excellent. The price was very competitive and they brought the samples to our house to see them in our own home. The whole service was very professional and we will definitely use them again for our next carpet.

The team were all very polite, tidy and conscientious. A great experience all around from initially visiting the shop, the quote, the communication, prep and installation. I would highly recommend using them.

From estimation by Kevin to completion of our flooring job we give 10 out of 10! Our tiled kitchen and utility floor were screeded and levelled and then 2 days later the Amtico flooring was laid and both jobs were expertly carried out by Rob, Fraser and Richard. Along with the help of Gemma, Neil and Michael who helped put this into place at short notice we say thank you and would highly recommend AJ Rogers for excellent customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The showroom staff were super helpful in choosing the right flooring and allowed us to try out large samples at home. Every member of the team from bookings, fitters to the accounts team were professional and helpful. And the floors look amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be returning when we need flooring for other rooms.

We used A J Rogers to design, create and install a set of stair runners - partly to replace existing carpeted stairs, and partly to finish a new set of stairs in a loft extension. We’re delighted with the finished product and the quality of the installation - but the whole process, advice and care from the whole team (when I visited the shop to decide on fabric and design, and when arranging the installation itself) was excellent. I would highly recommend and be happy to work with A J Rogers again.

AJ Rogers have done a fabulous job with the hard wood flooring downstairs (Herringbone hard wood floor) and the carpet on stairs and upstairs is lovely too. The firms professionalism from sales support, home visits to measure, fitting, moving furniture about, rubbish removal and customer service in general – all outstanding. That goes for my Son’s place as well at Cobden Road which you also did fantastically . No hesitation in recommending 100%.

We have used A J Rogers & Sons Limited twice before and when we wanted to change our hall flooring, we knew who we would ask to do the job for us. The initial visit to our home for the survey was immediate and extremely helpful. The hallway is a small area but we received the same excellent attention, advice and recommendation we have known before. When we visited the showroom to look at examples of pattern, we were delighted with the time we were given, and help with trimmings etc. We were shown samples totally suitable to our wishes for the hallway. The flooring was fitted this week, ahead of the date we were given; a wonderful surprise. We are really delighted with the new look of our hallway. The fitters were wonderful, and easy to have in our home. We have since received a follow up call to ask about our satisfaction. We initially used this company on the recommendation of friends. We will continue to recommend them to others looking for similar services. Excellent.

A J Rogers has installed flooring and carpets at my house over several years. The Amtico floor installed here was typical of their work - installed on time, to budget, and professionally and competently. A very satisfied customer here, who would not hesitate to use them again.

We had obtained a number of quotations and checked the companies thoroughly before finally deciding from a shortlist of 2 to award the work to do our flooring and carpeting to AJ Rogers. We wanted to use a company local to the area and they had a strong reputation. The company was overall very professional and Gemma in the head office in particular was very pleasant and went out of her way to help us with our final choice and nail down the details of the quote. It was this flexibility that ultimately sealed the deal. They also accommodated the change in our dates to carry out the work due to the lockdown early in the year and when the work started all of their tradespersons were professional, courteous and completed the project without any issues. They were also good at keeping us informed with progress and in sorting out the minor snagging list at the end. All in all, I would certainly recommend AJ Rogers. They have a wide and quality range of products to choose from and the implementation was overall excellent.
