This family business is very professional from start to finish. They understood my requirements and offered lots of helpful advice and information about the products I chose. The fitters and layers arrived on time and laid my flooring and carpets giving me a good finished product. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Rogers to anyone considering having new carpets and flooring.

We went to A J Rogers because its very local glad we did the staff could not have been more helpful they loan us a few boards to pick the Amtico that match the kitchen units that we had installed Trevor came to measure and give use an estimate which was very competitive he explain the best way to lay it also said that when the guys come to lay it to try both ways to see how we would like it, they keep us informed as to when they could fit which worked best for use they came the day before to screed the floor and next day to lay the floor which was done in a day they where very clean and tidy, the work was done to a very high standard we are very pleased with the results an excellent service all round would definitely recommend A J Rogers.

We have been using A.J Rogers for many years and have always found their work and their service excellent. This time, a minor problem with a flooring repair, was dealt with quickly and efficiently (firstly a visit from a concerned director) and we will certainly continue to use them. By way of contrast, we have stopped using a prestigious, national department store for flooring requirements as we have found their service to have deteriorated badly over the past 10 years.

Really helpful at point of sale. Gave good advice. Were prompt and came and measured. Presented options to choose. Upon making our choice we were given a start date. The fitter arrived at the agreed date and time precisely. He set about his work with expert ease. He finished and we are very pleased with the result. Excellent job. Clean and tidy as well as quiet.

Another superb job by AJ Rogers. They installed a new floor which compliments our new kitchen. All looks great. A very professional job wort every penny. Thank you team for a job well done from start to finish.

I would not dream of going anywhere else. Helped in choice of suitable floor coverings - Amtico for the hall and carpet for the stairs and landings The work was delayed thanks to the Covid 19 epidemic but it has been completed and very satisfied. This is the third time we have used Rogers and they have always proved to be reliable, quick, efficient and work to the agreed schedule and budget.

Right from our first visit to the showroom up to the installation, AJ Rogers have been fantastic. We got quotes from 2 other independent carpet shops and were very pleased when AJ Rogers proved to be financially competitive as their friendly service and genuine enthusiasm for helping us choose the right carpet really stood out from our very first visit. They weren't remotely pushy, but unlike the others really showed an interest in helping us choose the right carpet. After visiting to measure up (which both the other companies seemed reluctant to do until we'd chosen a carpet) they produced a couple of different quotes to help us decide on exactly what we wanted within our budget range. The quote was broken down clearly so we could tweak to get the right balance between budget, product and features. The fitting teams were really professional too - polite, on time, quiet, enthusiastic, tidy and totally accommodating when we made a last minute (the day before!) decision to change one part of our order. We've previously used Lordship Flooring Co. in East Dulwich, who sell much the same products, but AJ Rogers were much more enthusiastic and friendly and, as it turns out, the fitting was of a notably higher quality.

I cannot recommend A J Rogers highly enough. We have just had engineered wood flooring and carpet laid and I am very pleased with it all. The fitters were very polite, friendly, worked really hard and were a pleasure to have in our home. The customer service provided by the Operations and Sales Teams has been excellent. I will definitely use A J Rogers again.

This was a replacement carpet for a flood damaged one at my 97 year old Mums house during difficult Covid times. The reps, the sales staff and the fitters were very professional, helpful and understanding of the situation making the experience as possible for my Mum. She is delighted with the quality and looks of the carpet and the service provided by A J Rogers. Neither of us would hesitate to use them again.

Rogers have just completed a job renewing three bedroom carpets along with a landing and stairs carpet. I have found them a most professional company to deal with and am delighted with the results. The quoting experience is excellent with a "menu" of options to choose from to suit your budget. It is then a matter of "pick and mix" to get what you want (we chose everything!). Kevin was most helpful with the quote and Martin (aided by Ian) provided a very efficient and quality service laying the carpets. I would definitely recommend them.

Our experience with A J Rogers has been wholly positive from the very first consultation to the end result, leaving us so much happier in our home. They advised and then fitted two major transformations in our home - downstairs wood flooring and carpet to upstairs rooms and stairs. At every stage they were helpful, really listened to what we wanted and provided good advice. In fact, their after sales / customer service was faultless - keeping in contact in the run up to the job, checking in at times to make sure we were happy and very responsive when we had questions. Their fitting team were professional, very clean and tidy and did a truly excellent job. I am thrilled with my new carpet and Dave did a wonderful job of the fitting. It is absolutely first class. Communications have been excellent all the way through from collecting samples, Kevin taking measurements and then Dave doing a fantastic job fitting the carpet.

My wife and I are so pleased with the new Amtico floor in our lounge. From the initial meeting with Trevor Rogers and the help of his staff in store we knew the process would be very smooth. The lounge floor looks stunning and the fitters were excellent. They were considerate with wearing Covid masks whenever my wife or I came near. They were very thorough and explained everything whilst they were in our house. Always tidied up at the end of the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AJ Rogers for anyone looking to have new flooring.

AJR replaced all our carpet through a medium-sized, 4 bedroom, detached house. They were helpful & professional throughout, with their breadth of knowledge of carpets & their installation. This spanned selection of the carpet, measuring up, quoting & installation. We had to delay the start of installation twice due to delays in preceding trades which they kindly accommodated. Changes in price were minor & justified. A sound & helpful organization.

Rogers did another great job laying our front bedroom carpet. They arranged for a time that was convenient for me and came and completed an excellent job in the time that they said it would take. I was able to leave them to the work and they worked round a bed and large wardrobe that I had to leave in the room as they could not be removed. When the work was done they cleaned up the house and outside leaving no mess whatever. They also phoned me next day to check that all was to my liking and if anything extra needed doing. An excellent job by knowledgeable and friendly people.

I am absolutely delighted with my newly sanded and sealed oak floors. There were stains and scratches and ingrained dirt - all of which have gone. The oak is now a beautiful colour, and the grain is visible with a subtle sheen. I was concerned about the disruption, moving furniture, disconnecting tech, dust! But I needn't have worried - not only did they help with moving things. they were also considerate about the broadband source and enable me to keep internet access whilst they sanded. And their machines and care, and wiping down afterwards meant I came home to a pristine, dust-free house. I was very impressed with the service - Tom and Danny were great - very efficient and helpful - and did a great job. I am so pleased I am considering doing the upstairs floors even though AJ Rogers said they don’t need it - I just love the lighter colour of the wood, it's like it was when first laid 30 years ago.

We have used AJ Rogers several times for carpets and Amtico floors and the service is always the same - absolutely brilliant. This time, they fitted our kitchen floor (Amtico) and living room carpet. The team are perfectionists, and their workmanship is amazing. We couldn't be more delighted. We had a few problems with our kitchen floor (nothing to do with AJ Rogers) and the team bent over backwards to work around the problem and get everything sorted quickly and in time for Christmas.

The sales staff were very helpful and spent time to share their thoughts based on experience of what would work. There was a wide variety of choices and we were even able to take a sample home. The sales staff, the fitters and the after sales team were all a pleasure to deal with and the experience highlighted the advantages of working with a smaller company. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We have been customers for several years now, and would not consider going to anyone else. We have always received honest and practical advice, and work carried out has always been of the highest standard. Recently we have had new flooring laid in our cloakroom; and the hall, stairs and landings completely refitted with carpet - we're really pleased with the results. Thank you so much AJ Rogers & Sons for doing a flawless carpet job on our stairs, mezzanine and main landings. My partner and I are super happy with the results! It wasn't a straightforward job, as the house was built around 1903: the landings weren't level, a few floorboards were dodgy and one stair needed bracketing. Dan came to measure up and was really helpful in explaining what remedies they could offer to fix the issues. He said he'd draw up both a 'bare minimum' and 'bells and whistles' quote so we could choose what level of investment we wanted to make. Everything was itemised so we could choose what quality underlay we wanted etc. We secured the booking with a 50% deposit and arranged a mutually convenient date. The fitters did a great job over two days. They were professional, efficient and cleared up both days so we could use the space ok overnight. Would highly recommend this family firm. It was infinitely better than a certain chain of carpet fitters we've used on a different project!
