We use A J Rogers for all our flooring needs. They are very helpful in selecting the right product. The pre work inspection and measuring service is excellent and they provide good solutions. The downstairs toilet was the latest piece of work they have done for us which included levelling the floor to the hall level. Having selected the product they then gave us a range of options on the site visit and then installed on the due date. They always ring to re-confirm the fitting dates. All their staff are professional treating the house as their own and they tidy up after they have finished. We have had no problems with anything they have installed in the past.

High quality service from a family owned company with a real sense of pride in doing a good job. Sam’s attention to detail in laying a wooden floor in the hall was superb as was the carpet laying done by Chris. Showroom staff, knowledgable and helpful, offering a very wide range of good quality products that are not always available on the night street. A great find - thank you!

This is the first time we used AJ Rogers. From pre-sale to work’s completion and remediation for an unforeseen (and non preventable glitch) the whole experience of engaging with AJ Rogers has been extremely positive. When it comes to the products’ range, the showroom personnel are very articulate and extremely knowledgeable We selected one of the high end engineered wooden floors which needed to be ordered in advance as treated to specification. The floor was laid across 3 rooms, including the master bedroom. The project was delivered in time and within the agreed quality standard. An unforeseen glitch resulting in a leaking pipe was immediately remediated by AJ Rogers, whom arranged for the area affected to be re-decorated very promptly and bearing no inconvenience to us. Again, this small, family owned business denoted an excellent focus on customer satisfaction when solving a problem, which is rather uncommon nowadays. The fitting team, Seph and Alex, were diligent and personable. Neil, whom oversees QA and project management, became accountable from project initiation to completion. We will engage AJ Rogers again and would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. AJ Rogers is not the lowest priced option for flooring solutions but, like all qualitative services, customer satisfaction and attention to detail comes at a price. Because of the overall experience, quality of materials and execution of work, the AJ Rogers’ services are adequately priced.

We had, as part of a program of home improvements and refurbishment, faulty flooring fixed and covered, Amtico limestone and light oak tiling laid, carpets lifted, relaid and cleaned, and new stair and hall runners laid. Every person we encountered with AJ Rogers was courteous and professional. Attention to detail was most impressive, and the works were completed to a very high standard.

We live in Greenwich and have used A J Rogers for many years. After some increasingly bad experiences with a national store, we will now always use them for preference and it is so nice that there are still small family firms, maintaining the highest standards of work with really friendly and caring customer relations. This time they supplied and fitted a stair/hallway carpet - no easy job in a 4 story, 200-year-old house. As usual, the work was immaculate and Chris, the fitter, was friendly, tidy and highly professional. They were also very helpful in turning up a couple of weeks earlier, at no extra cost, to cut away part of the old carpet to allow us to decorate first.

Beautifully laid Amtico conservatory floor. Excellent advice on product and colour in the shop followed by a perfect fitting . A totally satisfying purchase. Not the cheapest but worth it.

I have used this company on a number of occasions to lay new carpets and hard floors. On this occasion their wonderful team cleaned my carpets and laid a new integrated front door mat. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. I would not use this company again and again if I did not receive the most brilliant help and service every time. All the staff from this company are exceptionally courteous, nothing is too much trouble. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company.

I had never used AJ Rogers before but they came on a friends recommendation. I was warmly greeted on entering the shop and booked an appointment for someone to come and measure up. That person arrived with a very friendly greeting and went through exactly what would happen. I was expecting a delay in the actual fitting but I was called and told it could be done immediately. I had agreed to have Karndean tiles fitted. On the first visit the guys put down the base for the tiles then came back two days later to complete the job. On completion I was asked to check the new flooring. On doing so I couldn't believe how good it looked, much better than I was expecting. The guy fitting the floor was very friendly and on both visits cleaned up and so I had nothing to do. The day after the floor was fitted someone called to check that I was happy. I am really delighted with the outcome and will use them again in the future.

A small job, but needing professional fitting. Good choice of wood for the threshold, prompt service and excellent work. We have used A J Rogers in the past for carpet fitting and Amtico laying and cannot recommend them highly enough. Super teamwork from shop display and sales to fitting expertise.

A J Rogers laid Amtico in my hall way and I am very pleased with the result. The process started with Kevin visiting me and discussing options for the hall. We then visited the shop and had a good look at options, again with good advice. Finally the floor was laid by Stuart who was a real professional and laid the floor beautifully. There was a spot of nail varnish on the Amtico which had been laid in one of the bedrooms 20 years ago and Stuart removed this free of charge. I can really recommend A J Rogers for their professionalism and good service.

Always on hand to take a call or email. They kept our flooring on premises as we encountered some delays with our decorators. We had 4 bathrooms/toilets fitted with the same intricate Amtico design. AJ Rogers did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional from start to finish.
