We had a few problems with the installation of our herringbone floor - all caused by suppliers and not AJ Rogers - but we really appreciated the excellent customer service we received, including problem solving and snagging, and we are now enjoying a beautiful floor expertly fitted.

Wonderful service from start to finish - hugely knowledgeable and helpful advice when I first visited the showroom, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Great carpet, fitted quickly and professionally with a very high-quality finish.

The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. They took the time to come out and measure the property so that they could accurately produce a quote. I was welcomed to the shop a number of times to help me choose my floor until I made a decision. During this time, email communication was both effective and responsive. Soon after a decision was made, the floors were installed by a very friendly and happy team. While they may not be the cheapest option, you really can't go wrong with this company.

Carpet fitted first time, when we needed floor tiles and underfloor heating no question of where to go. No fuss or bother finished a day early. Very tidy, even cleaned up some existing tiles without us asking.

From the time I went into the shop to discuss options until today when the carpet was treated with stain protection, it has been an extremely positive experience. Everyone has been helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They met my deadline for when I wanted the carpets fitted, the fitters left the house neat and tidy, the mats were delivered the day after the carpet was fitted - which was an unexpected bonus (I thought this would take several days). I am delighted with the service I have received and how my carpets look.

We've been customers of AJ Rogers for 25 years, and have found them unfailingly friendly, efficient and reliable. Most importantly, the standard of workmanship has been excellent, from the multi-room carpet replacements they've done for us, down to small repair jobs.

After touring several well known stores found Rodgers and had no doubts about using them. We were given lots of choices about services offered when the estimate was done and also good advice and tips from person doing the estimating. I cannot praise the help given in the showroom enough. The carpet fitters were excellent, clean and tidy and also very pleasant. The first job they did for us was the hall, stairs and landing, we recently chose them again for our living room and will do the same again whenever we replace any other carpets.

We had our stairs, landings, dressing room and study carpeted, great service from measurement to the fitting. Good after sales service. We will definitely use them again.

All staff we have dealt with have always been friendly and helpful and we have never felt pressured.

New wood floor in front room and the the whole process from choosing to fitting was excellent throughout. Fitters were outstanding as made the effort to try and fit new floor under existing skirting and fire place without using Scotia. Looks outstanding and would definitely use and recommend A J Rogers to friends.

My wife and I have used A J Rogers over many years for carpets (5) and at the end of 2017 for an oak floor. The service and quality of the product has always been excellent. Only once have we had an issue, which was not their fault, and that was quickly resolved without any hassle. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

With 2 jobs to complete we decided to get a quote from A J Rogers. Job 1 was to carpet the stairs and landing and Job 2 was to replace our lovely shiny (but cracked) porcelain tiles that had laid in our kitchen for just 3 years. AJ Rogers visited us to measure and examine both areas and were with us for a couple of hours, providing us with all the options for a light or high spec (and everything in between) with NO pressurised selling involved at all. The quotes were left with us to consider and there was no chasing us to make a quick decision (so refreshing). Once we decided to go ahead, dates were quickly arranged at our convenience. Both jobs were carried out by highly professional, friendly and courteous fitters. The carpeting was completed in a few hours and the flooring was completed over 3 days (as instructed). The old floor took less than a day to remove (with dust and surface protectors provided and used by Matt the fitter. The preparation again took less than a day (24 hours required to set) and the fitting took around half a day. The result - fantastic! Would highly recommend and will be sure to use A J Rogers again in the future.

A.J. Rogers was recommended to me by my neighbours who had used them several times over the years. When visiting the shop Vanessa very quickly understood what I was looking for and although I took an array of samples with me, her first recommendation was exactly right. I opted for Amtico for the lounge, hall and bedrooms of my flat. The work was done in several phases this year, Rogers was very flexible to accommodate my wishes. The guys that executed were excellent. Polite, tidy and very skilled. The flooring was the easy part of my renovation project, it was a pleasure to work with them. I fully recommend Rogers and their fantastic team!

Fantastic advice and service throughout. We carpeted and wood floored our entire house with AJ Rogers, and thoroughly recommend them. Gemma helped us through the selection of wood flooring and carpet. Trevor measured up and provided lots of advice to ensure everything would work in the house as we hoped. Michael and team installed all the flooring perfectly, with great attention to detail. The service and experience was first class from a very friendly team.

As usual, A J Rogers provided an excellent professional service which resulted in a superb new floor for our through-room. The most striking thing about the company is that everyone is working together as part of the team and remain working with the company for years. This is true of front line staff and the less visible back up staff. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending A J Rogers for any flooring or carpet job. Last week we had our newly converted loft area, hall and stairs carpeted by A J Rogers. We were impressed by the high standard of the carpet fitters who took great care in laying the carpets and were courteous and neat workers. Prior to the fitting we were given great attention in the shop and our questions were answered in a knowledgeable manner.
