I arranged for Neville Johnson to supply and install new bannisters along two flights of stairs. On their recommendation I instructed AJ Rogers to take up the existing stair carpets. This was done efficiently and quickly including lifting and folding back as necessary the carpet on the landings. Then due to the replacement of telephone cables the completion of the new bannister installation took weeks longer than expected. AJ Rogers had taken away the stair carpets and stored them for me during this hiatus. They also advised that the carpet on the flight from ground to first floor had degraded. I therefore purchased a new carpet to match the colour and quality of the existing carpet from first floor to second floor. AJ Rogers found a colour match for me and supplied and fitted the new carpet with new underlay for both flights of stairs. The refitted carpet and new carpet have clearly been fitted with more skill than the original fitting, and definitely enhance the appearance of my new bannisters. At all times I found everyone that I spoke to and met at A J Rogers to be helpful, friendly and above all professional. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable from moment we first entered the showroom. Patient help on selecting carpet with numerous samples to compare at home. Convenient dates arranged for fitting. Excellent work by James and Jack in moving some furniture, removal of old carpet and underlay and cleaning up before efficiently and expertly laying new carpet. Just had AJ Rogers & sons fit a lovely carpet on our stairs, hallway and bedroom. I would like to comment on there first class customer service we received from ladies in shop, from Dan who measured up and finally to Alex and James the fitters on the day, they were well mannered and finished the job to a high standard, but a huge big thanks to all of them. First time using them and certainly won’t be the last!

I needed to replace three large area rugs that I was having problems keeping stain free. I got great advice on what material to use and help with colour matching. I am very happy with the result and will be using AJ Rogers again soon.

We have recently had Amtico laid throughout the whole ground floor of our house. We are delighted with the finished result. A J Rogers were efficient and professional from start to finish. From the quote, to the removal of our existing floor to the laying of our new floor, I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company.

The work is of such a high standard and everyone has been so professional, helpful and friendly through the whole process from Jordan who helped guide me with my choices in the shop to Kevin coming round to do a survey, the logistics team to set dates and the fitters (Alex & Ben - carpets and Stuart & Jay - Amtico ) who all did such an amazing job and were extremely careful not to damage my newly painted walls and skirting boards! We have used Roger's and Sons before but, mistakenly, thought that they wouldn't want to bother with the work we needed this time: two small rooms to be fitted with vinyl flooring. We were delighted with the response when we asked for a quotation. A home visit was arranged and completed within a few days. We were told there could be a delay as there was a pre-Christmas rush but once we confirmed the order the fitting was arranged for 10 days later. The fitter arrived promptly and worked efficiently and tidily to fit both floors. He kept us informed of his progress and the next steps to make sure the floors were smooth and well-fitted. We are very pleased with the results: both the kitchen and the bathroom now not only look better but feel better underfoot. All of the staff we met or had telephone conversations with were unfailingly polite and helpful. We will be going back soon for new carpets in larger spaces.

AJ Rogers provided all our carpets and luxury vinyl flooring for our house renovation. They were patient with us and helped with our choices, their range of products were far better than other local suppliers. The staff were always keen to help and responsive with top product knowledge. Installation was all to schedule and of the best quality by a friendly team of fitters. We're loving being in our new house with beautiful flooring.

A J Rogers have laid both carpet, vinyl and wood floors for us over the years and I won't go anywhere else. They are so easy to deal with. Their knowledge about and choice of flooring is first rate. All the staff are so easy to deal with, are genuinely friendly and the work is carried out quickly, quietly and neatly and the end result is perfect flooring. If you want a job done properly and to the highest standard I recommend them.

We have been having a number of home improvements taking place and therefore know what it is like to be let down and suffer poor customer care. However in amongst this work Rogers and Sons have advised, measured and laid a superb hallway wooden floor and completed it in time for Christmas! If we were not 100% happy they sent someone out and rectified the problem with no fuss. Could not be happier with their efficient and excellent work. Highly recommended. We have never used AJ Rogers before but see their vans everywhere. From start to finish they are extremely efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and our stairs and landing look great! Very pleased and will use them in future .

We have used A J Rogers and Sons for several flooring projects, including marmoleum tiling (dining room, kitchen and hall), marmoleum sheeting (bathroom) carpeting (loft landing and stairs) and laminate flooring (four bedrooms in total). I have used the firm over and over again because I trust them to do a good job. I am very happy to recommend them. Throughout I have found the sales and fitting staff courteous, helpful and clear on costs. Where there has been unexpected additional work to do discovered during the job they have been quick to react and set out the options and cost implications. The fitting staff have worked hard for a quality finish and been happy to return if I have asked them to (once for a marmoleum tile that needed adhesive and once for a squeaky floorboard under a laminate floor that required half the floor to be raised and relaid). As one of the fitters said, 'We're not happy unless you're happy'.

Another job completed by A.J.ROGERS & SONS LTD., to our satisfaction. Superb company to deal with from the showroom to the fitter, nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've used AJ Rogers for wood flooring, carpets and Amtico downstairs. We've now moved upstairs and as usual we received a friendly and professional service, both pre-sales and during installation. Highly recommended.

Good customer service seems to be a rarity these days but not as far as AJ Rogers are concerned. We found them to be thoroughly professional from start to finish, pleasant to deal with and an excellent job that we are very happy with, carried out speedily and efficiently.
