Thank you so much AJ Rogers & Sons for doing a flawless carpet job on our stairs, mezzanine and main landings. My partner and I are super happy with the results! It wasn't a straightforward job, as the house was built around 1903: the landings weren't level, a few floorboards were dodgy and one stair needed bracketing. Dan came to measure up and was really helpful in explaining what remedies they could offer to fix the issues. He said he'd draw up both a 'bare minimum' and 'bells and whistles' quote so we could choose what level of investment we wanted to make. Everything was itemised so we could choose what quality underlay we wanted etc. We secured the booking with a 50% deposit and arranged a mutually convenient date. The fitters did a great job over two days. They were professional, efficient and cleared up both days so we could use the space ok overnight. Would highly recommend this family firm. It was infinitely better than a certain chain of carpet fitters we've used on a different project!

We have been customers for several years now, and would not consider going to anyone else. We have always received honest and practical advice, and work carried out has always been of the highest standard. Recently we have had new flooring laid in our cloakroom; and the hall, stairs and landings completely refitted with carpet - we're really pleased with the results. Work - took up old flooring, repaired/re-screeded and relaid new flooring. Work was completed to planned schedule and quoted price. Showroom staff pleasant and efficient, and those doing the work were smart, pleasant and very efficient. Trader - A J Rogers have carried out previous works for us (new landing and stair carpeting, new hall wooden flooring). Our experience with all jobs has been highly satisfactory. We would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We are delighted with our contemporary stair and landing carpet fitted by this well established professional team. Good attention to detail, helpful advice in the showroom to find a contemporary carpet with a smart stripe pattern which could be shaped as a runner for the lower staircase. Stripe pattern thoughtfully calculated at the template stage and a fair amount of trouble taken to find the right threshold to work with the smoked wood flooring. We got estimates from 3 firms, and A J Rogers were competitive whilst providing a thoughtful cheerful service.

I visited the showroom to choose a new bedroom carpet, the customer assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, selecting a shortlist of carpet samples that met my budget and preferences and giving me as much time as I needed to discuss requirements. They arranged for samples to be sent to me and confirmed all the prices promptly in a follow-up email. They explained the order and fitting process clearly in advance. The price was very reasonable for a good quality carpet. The fitting date was scheduled 6 weeks in advance and the access requirements checked, and the fitters' arrival time was confirmed the day before. They arrived promptly, were professional and courteous and worked swiftly to complete the work, clearing up well afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

A J Rogers have just installed Amtico floors in 3 rooms. The standard of workmanship is first class, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They are punctual, highly skilled and clear up after themselves.

Excellent service from this family firm , as always. Having laid a number of floors for us over the years, we had them all cleaned recently. It was a big job, and they did their best to fit it all in before Christmas, at quite short notice. Cheerful friendly staff and they are now all looking fabulous!

Excellent Job, very professional and timely

A J Rogers & Sons fitted Amtico flooring in our new extension. They are a highly professional company. The price they quoted was very competitive. The work was carried out to an excellent standard. More significant perhaps there were a couple of things that came up after the fitting which needed some extra work. They carried out this work without any fuss and at no extra charge. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

From the time I went into the shop to discuss options until today when the carpet was treated with stain protection, it has been an extremely positive experience. Everyone has been helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They met my deadline for when I wanted the carpets fitted, the fitters left the house neat and tidy, the mats were delivered the day after the carpet was fitted - which was an unexpected bonus (I thought this would take several days). I am delighted with the service I have received and how my carpets look.
