A J Rogers never fail. Have just had parquet flooring sanded and lacquered and has brought it back to life. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and the work was carried out efficiently.

We had never used A J Rogers before but would certainly use them again. They were very helpful when we were trying to decide on our choice of carpet and lent us large sized samples to take home, even searching through their store room to find one we had seen on a manufacturer's website. The whole fitting process and door trimming was professionally done and we were very pleased with the result. We can certainly recommend this trader.

We've had a wood floor fitted in our kitchen and living room and carpet running through two landings and two sets of staircases. From my first trip to the shop everyone was really helpful and knowledgeable - they really know their stuff, and the fitting process could not have been easier from our end. Everything completed looks great.

Very happy - good showroom and were happy to lend us samples to check at home. Fitting all done on time and to an excellent standard. Will be using again.

AJ Rogers fitted carpets in our entire upstairs. Prior to going with AJ Rogers, we received plenty of objective advice from them. They helped us to choose which particular carpet, underlay and door thresholds that we'd like within the budget we had set. They were evidently knowledgable and trustworthy. As for the fitting, the work was done to a very high standard, the work site was clear and tidy and they did it within the time they said they would. Excellent.

I had a moduleo floor installed by A.J Rogers and they were helpful and patient as it took me a long time to decide on the right colour. The installation was quick and efficient and very happy with the results. Can't really comment on value as it was the only company I had a quote from but they certainly went the extra mile with everything so all worth it for the personal service.

Carpet fitted first time, when we needed floor tiles and underfloor heating no question of where to go. No fuss or bother finished a day early. Very tidy, even cleaned up some existing tiles without us asking.

I have been worrying for years about my hall, landing and stair carpet, which was very worn in parts but old and of very good quality. Mr Rogers made a very careful inspection and confirmed that it would be possible to move the existing carpet around to replace the worn area, and obtain a very good match to make up what was needed. He made sure that I was happy with the samples sent to me both as regards colour and pile, and knowing that I was anxious to get the work done as soon as possible, arranged a date that was very convenient. The carpet fitter arrived exactly on time, and I was extremely impressed with his workmanship and efficiency. He cleared everything up as he went along, and moved a very unwieldy bookcase back into position without being asked. The finished job surpassed my expectations, Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been extremely helpful and pleasant, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

A.J. Rogers was recommended to me by my neighbours who had used them several times over the years. When visiting the shop Vanessa very quickly understood what I was looking for and although I took an array of samples with me, her first recommendation was exactly right. I opted for Amtico for the lounge, hall and bedrooms of my flat. The work was done in several phases this year, Rogers was very flexible to accommodate my wishes. The guys that executed were excellent. Polite, tidy and very skilled. The flooring was the easy part of my renovation project, it was a pleasure to work with them. I fully recommend Rogers and their fantastic team!

My wife and I have used A J Rogers over many years for carpets (5) and at the end of 2017 for an oak floor. The service and quality of the product has always been excellent. Only once have we had an issue, which was not their fault, and that was quickly resolved without any hassle. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. They took the time to come out and measure the property so that they could accurately produce a quote. I was welcomed to the shop a number of times to help me choose my floor until I made a decision. During this time, email communication was both effective and responsive. Soon after a decision was made, the floors were installed by a very friendly and happy team. While they may not be the cheapest option, you really can't go wrong with this company.

We had our lounge carpet replaced and the task was completed very efficiently and without any problems. We are delighted with both our choice of carpet and the team who completed the work.

We use A J Rogers for all our flooring needs. They are very helpful in selecting the right product. The pre work inspection and measuring service is excellent and they provide good solutions. The downstairs toilet was the latest piece of work they have done for us which included levelling the floor to the hall level. Having selected the product they then gave us a range of options on the site visit and then installed on the due date. They always ring to re-confirm the fitting dates. All their staff are professional treating the house as their own and they tidy up after they have finished. We have had no problems with anything they have installed in the past.

We had, as part of a program of home improvements and refurbishment, faulty flooring fixed and covered, Amtico limestone and light oak tiling laid, carpets lifted, relaid and cleaned, and new stair and hall runners laid. Every person we encountered with AJ Rogers was courteous and professional. Attention to detail was most impressive, and the works were completed to a very high standard.

This is the first time we used AJ Rogers. From pre-sale to work’s completion and remediation for an unforeseen (and non preventable glitch) the whole experience of engaging with AJ Rogers has been extremely positive. When it comes to the products’ range, the showroom personnel are very articulate and extremely knowledgeable We selected one of the high end engineered wooden floors which needed to be ordered in advance as treated to specification. The floor was laid across 3 rooms, including the master bedroom. The project was delivered in time and within the agreed quality standard. An unforeseen glitch resulting in a leaking pipe was immediately remediated by AJ Rogers, whom arranged for the area affected to be re-decorated very promptly and bearing no inconvenience to us. Again, this small, family owned business denoted an excellent focus on customer satisfaction when solving a problem, which is rather uncommon nowadays. The fitting team, Seph and Alex, were diligent and personable. Neil, whom oversees QA and project management, became accountable from project initiation to completion. We will engage AJ Rogers again and would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. AJ Rogers is not the lowest priced option for flooring solutions but, like all qualitative services, customer satisfaction and attention to detail comes at a price. Because of the overall experience, quality of materials and execution of work, the AJ Rogers’ services are adequately priced.

I have used this company on a number of occasions to lay new carpets and hard floors. On this occasion their wonderful team cleaned my carpets and laid a new integrated front door mat. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. I would not use this company again and again if I did not receive the most brilliant help and service every time. All the staff from this company are exceptionally courteous, nothing is too much trouble. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company.
