I have just recently had my stairs carpeted. I’m very pleased with the results. They look amazing. I bought a two tone magpie striped carpet. The carpet fitters were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and hoovered the carpet. They were really helpful and polite. I used to get my carpets from carpetright but I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

From the moment I stepped into the shop to enquire about buying carpet I was treated with the utmost curtesy and help. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and put me at ease straightaway. From the measuring up to completion I could not fault them. The fitters did a brilliant job and cleaned up before they left. Well done to all the staff.

Sanded and refinished an 70sq.m oak floor that Rogers’ laid (beautifully) over 15 years ago. We have to highly praise the work and cleanliness, our floor looks like new again. We are delighted with the care and attention given to us.

We have used AJ Rogers several times for carpets and Amtico floors and the service is always the same - absolutely brilliant. This time, they fitted our kitchen floor (Amtico) and living room carpet. The team are perfectionists, and their workmanship is amazing. We couldn't be more delighted. We had a few problems with our kitchen floor (nothing to do with AJ Rogers) and the team bent over backwards to work around the problem and get everything sorted quickly and in time for Christmas.

After 14 years the ceramic tiles in our kitchen utility area were cracking, were difficult to keep clean. We had used AJ Rogers last year for similar work in hallway and replacing old carpet through most of the upstairs. That work was completed on time, within budget and no problems. This latest work, was to uplift old ceramic tiles previously laid on wooden floor and replace with Amtico. Tiles in utility area were previously set on concrete. They were left in situ, the new floor to be laid over them. The two areas were properly prepared and Amtico flooring laid.plinths and doors were adjusted and refitted. The work was completed on schedule, the new floor fits perfectly and laid with minimal disturbance and on budget. For this and last year's contracts, they have shown a high level of professionalism and customer care throughout. The company is to be congratulated on how its staff and operatives work together.

The sales staff were very helpful and spent time to share their thoughts based on experience of what would work. There was a wide variety of choices and we were even able to take a sample home. The sales staff, the fitters and the after sales team were all a pleasure to deal with and the experience highlighted the advantages of working with a smaller company. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

AJ Rogers were very professional from survey to completion. the estimate was competitive with the added bonus of a small team. Liam and Jack were punctual, clean and tidy in their work and made sure the job ran smoothly. They were a young team and their standard of workmanship was very high-a rarity nowadays. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will certainly use them again. There were only a couple of very small negatives- the time to produce the estimate and that no spare material was left on site.

Another fantastic experience at A J Rogers. Their showroom is packed full of samples which they are happy to lend. The staff are knowledgable and helpful, making choosing a pleasure, and the measuring and estimating service is quick and accurate. This is the second time I have used AJ Rogers following the installation of new carpet last summer. This time I used them for new Amtico flooring in kitchen and bathroom. The service was one again first class from start to finish. Their initial product advice was very comprehensive, as were the communications, and installation process. I am absolutely delighted with my newly sanded and sealed oak floors. There were stains and scratches and ingrained dirt - all of which have gone. The oak is now a beautiful colour, and the grain is visible with a subtle sheen. I was concerned about the disruption, moving furniture, disconnecting tech, dust! But I needn't have worried - not only did they help with moving things. they were also considerate about the broadband source and enable me to keep internet access whilst they sanded. And their machines and care, and wiping down afterwards meant I came home to a pristine, dust-free house. I was very impressed with the service - Tom and Danny were great - very efficient and helpful - and did a great job. I am so pleased I am considering doing the upstairs floors even though AJ Rogers said they don’t need it - I just love the lighter colour of the wood, it's like it was when first laid 30 years ago.

A J Rogers have done a few flooring projects for us over the years and they're seriously good. Always professional they use skilled and efficient people who communicate well, are on time, and do a great job which looks superb.

We had 4 bathrooms/toilets fitted with the same intricate Amtico design. AJ Rogers did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. Even the price was considerably less than a rival local company. We would not hesitate to use this company again for our next flooring project.

This time it was just a small bit of carpet laying, using a couple of off-cuts in a bedroom. But the work was done with the same attentiveness and professionalism as previous larger jobs. The fitting options were explained, discussed and agreed upon. The work was carried out without fuss and to the very high standards that we have come to expect. We feel comfortable using Rogers and would not willingly go elsewhere.

AJ Rogers & Sons installed a quality herringbone Amtico floor in our kitchen. Every step of the process was smooth and all staff were a pleasure to deal with, communicating politely and promptly throughout. Sales manager Gemma is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful; Kevin measured carefully and gave useful advice; the screed installer worked efficiently and neatly; and the floor installer was a delight, completing the job in just a couple of hours while whistling along to Classic FM. The team accommodated a delay to our installation date and called a few days after installation to check we were happy with the job. Every aspect of their service instilled us with confidence - will return for carpets!

Rogers did another great job laying our front bedroom carpet. They arranged for a time that was convenient for me and came and completed an excellent job in the time that they said it would take. I was able to leave them to the work and they worked round a bed and large wardrobe that I had to leave in the room as they could not be removed. When the work was done they cleaned up the house and outside leaving no mess whatever. They also phoned me next day to check that all was to my liking and if anything extra needed doing. An excellent job by knowledgeable and friendly people.

I arranged for Neville Johnson to supply and install new bannisters along two flights of stairs. On their recommendation I instructed AJ Rogers to take up the existing stair carpets. This was done efficiently and quickly including lifting and folding back as necessary the carpet on the landings. Then due to the replacement of telephone cables the completion of the new bannister installation took weeks longer than expected. AJ Rogers had taken away the stair carpets and stored them for me during this hiatus. They also advised that the carpet on the flight from ground to first floor had degraded. I therefore purchased a new carpet to match the colour and quality of the existing carpet from first floor to second floor. AJ Rogers found a colour match for me and supplied and fitted the new carpet with new underlay for both flights of stairs. The refitted carpet and new carpet have clearly been fitted with more skill than the original fitting, and definitely enhance the appearance of my new bannisters. At all times I found everyone that I spoke to and met at A J Rogers to be helpful, friendly and above all professional. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.

Have used company for many years, friendly, good advice, understood my needs and budget. Referred to past records of previous purchases to bring appropriate samples. Little effort on my part. Flexible on timings to fit in with decorators timings. I like the personal touch with no subcontracting to unknown parties And the rooms look great.

From estimation by Kevin to completion of our flooring job we give 10 out of 10! Our tiled kitchen and utility floor were screeded and levelled and then 2 days later the Amtico flooring was laid and both jobs were expertly carried out by Rob, Fraser and Richard. Along with the help of Gemma, Neil and Michael who helped put this into place at short notice we say thank you and would highly recommend AJ Rogers for excellent customer service.

AJR replaced all our carpet through a medium-sized, 4 bedroom, detached house. They were helpful & professional throughout, with their breadth of knowledge of carpets & their installation. This spanned selection of the carpet, measuring up, quoting & installation. We had to delay the start of installation twice due to delays in preceding trades which they kindly accommodated. Changes in price were minor & justified. A sound & helpful organization.

Dealing with A.J.Rogers was a good experience. Initially I had to make a couple of trips because even though I was making a scheduled visit to the shop, all the wood samples were not available. Scheduling the work Friday to Tuesday to accommodate my having a bookcase put up in the back lounge worked a treat. The installers were a pleasure to have in the house. They did an excellent job of installing the flooring in the alcoves around the fireplace, even when one had to hold up a piece of furniture whilst the other laid the flooring (wires are running under the floor to speakers in two directions). I am very pleased with the workmanship and the result.

We have used Rogers before and had no hesitation in going back to them on this occasion. This is a family business that feels comfortable to use. They all work as a team and are unfailingly polite and helpful. They are also highly professional and go out of their way to provide the very best service. They've done an excellent job in the kitchen and we shall shortly be using their services again to re-carpet parts of the house.

AJ Rogers was recommended by a few local friends. From the initial enquiry with Gemma in the shop to the quotation with Dan and fitting with Liam and Dave - all very professional, friendly and effortless. They gave me 6-7 samples to take away to decide for a couple of weeks which was really helpful. The quotation wasn't the cheapest but it was fair. The fitting went so smoothly and expertly - they hoovered and took everything away. The after-sales communication with Dan and Vanessa was excellent and there was a little issue, which was resolved quickly and efficiently with no hesitation. Would highly recommend A J Rogers.

A J Rogers laid Amtico in my hall way and I am very pleased with the result. The process started with Kevin visiting me and discussing options for the hall. We then visited the shop and had a good look at options, again with good advice. Finally the floor was laid by Stuart who was a real professional and laid the floor beautifully. There was a spot of nail varnish on the Amtico which had been laid in one of the bedrooms 20 years ago and Stuart removed this free of charge. I can really recommend A J Rogers for their professionalism and good service.

We had Moduleo LVT laid in 4 rooms Taking just 5 days from screed to complete installation. They arrived on the date as arranged (unusual in today’s climate) Stewart and Alex did a great job - it looks perfect ! We stayed in a hotel for a few days to keep out of the way (small house) . Was lovely coming aback each day to see the progression and transformation of our house which has gone from looking like a building site to a home very quickly. This flooring is so good, visitors have already commented that they thought it was real wood! It was so helpful to be able to keep samples for a while as it was a tough decision involving the entire ground floor of our ‘bungalow!’ Thanks so much we would definitely recommend AJ Rogers & Sons!

From helping with colour selection through to selection and installation everything went very smoothly.They made light of moving 5m rolls to a 3rd floor apartment including removing all old carpets and moving all furniture. PJ Rogers and Sons has completed several flooring jobs for us over the years and on this occasion, the largest yet, we had most of our downstairs and kitchen refloored in two different styles of Amtico. From our initial visit to the showrooms in Bromley, to the final sign off, the service we received was superb. We were shown various options for the flooring and allowed to take several testers away with us, the site survey was comprehensive and the flooring work, which took a full five days, was to a very high level of workmanship. A.J.Rogers were recommended to me by a neighbour and how right they were. Every member of staff has been immensely helpful - sales, office, fitters and have bent over backwards to meet my needs. They have an excellent selection and give good advice. Our stair carpet is fitted beautifully and everything was done on time. We had obtained a number of quotations and checked the companies thoroughly before finally deciding from a shortlist of 2 to award the work to do our flooring and carpeting to AJ Rogers. We wanted to use a company local to the area and they had a strong reputation. The company was overall very professional and Gemma in the head office in particular was very pleasant and went out of her way to help us with our final choice and nail down the details of the quote. It was this flexibility that ultimately sealed the deal. They also accommodated the change in our dates to carry out the work due to the lockdown early in the year and when the work started all of their tradespersons were professional, courteous and completed the project without any issues. They were also good at keeping us informed with progress and in sorting out the minor snagging list at the end. All in all, I would certainly recommend AJ Rogers. They have a wide and quality range of products to choose from and the implementation was overall excellent.

Rogers have just completed a job renewing three bedroom carpets along with a landing and stairs carpet. I have found them a most professional company to deal with and am delighted with the results. The quoting experience is excellent with a "menu" of options to choose from to suit your budget. It is then a matter of "pick and mix" to get what you want (we chose everything!). Kevin was most helpful with the quote and Martin (aided by Ian) provided a very efficient and quality service laying the carpets. I would definitely recommend them.

This was a replacement carpet for a flood damaged one at my 97 year old Mums house during difficult Covid times. The reps, the sales staff and the fitters were very professional, helpful and understanding of the situation making the experience as possible for my Mum. She is delighted with the quality and looks of the carpet and the service provided by A J Rogers. Neither of us would hesitate to use them again.

I am really delighted to have found AJ Rogers. From the initial phone call my dealings with them have been friendly, efficient and clear. I went in with loads of questions and after an hour with Kevin, who talked me through the pros and cons of all my options, I came away confident of what I wanted. Kevin didn't try to upsell, and ensured I considered cheaper (and more practical!) alternatives. He gave really helpful advice about the differences between the basics and the higher spec options: where I could save money and where it was not worth cutting corners. Despite the fact that they are incredibly busy, they bent over backwards to accommodate me needing to be away for a period, including coming out same day to provide an estimate so that we could get moving as quickly as possible. The estimate itself was fully itemised with all options and potential extras spelled out in advance. Michael and the Ops team worked wonders to fit my job in at short notice. On the day, the guys were courteous, efficient and left everything spotless. The carpets look and feel great. The biggest thing for me though was the way they handled some minor questions and concerns I had at the end. A perfect fit wasn't possible on one part of the staircase as my stairs/walls are not straight. The team talked me through the trade-offs between aesthetics and a secure fit and the fitter came back very promptly to make some adjustments. Very pleased - I will never use another firm again!

We had a sisal stair runner fitted by AJ Rogers, very professional from initial showroom visit to estimate at our home, to cutting of patterns for stair winders right up to final fitting. All involved were courteous and helpful and work was to the highest standard with no mess. The work site was left spotless and we are very happy with our stair runner.

They advised and then fitted two major transformations in our home - downstairs wood flooring and carpet to upstairs rooms and stairs. A J Robers recently laid an Amtico floor in my new kitchen. I am extremely pleased with the result and the helpful service I received in choosing the tiles whilst in their shop. They arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. This company laid an Amtico vinyl tile floor over our existing black slate floor. The new floor is mostly a soft white, and this has greatly lightened the kitchen. The floor is now warm to walk on, easy to clean, looks really good, and the special pads to put on the chair and table feet ensure they don't scratch it, and are almost silent when moved. (On the old floor it was quite an irritating sound.) The men who did the work did a superb job and were a pleasure to have around. The company ensured we had minimum disruption. The new floor was expensive, but we feel it was worth every penny, and was organised by an extremely experienced and expert company.

Rogers has just fitted an oak floor in our hallway and we are thrilled with it. The whole programme of work ran smoothly from estimating to operations, fitting, sanding, lacquering and re-fitting the stair carpet, this included 7 members of the Rogers team, all dovetailing to make the project work well. Along the way, each member of the team is consistently punctual, reliable, ready to give advice, skilled, knowledgeable and pleasant to have in your home. We have used Rogers for over 30 years and highly recommend their personal service, really giving credit to a local, small/medium size business as opposed to giant organisations. We can see how they maintain the quality of their service with succession planning as they bring in new employees to train up, all with individual skills but the same high quality `Rogers' service. A real advert for a small, locally run successful business.

My wife and I are so pleased with the new Amtico floor in our lounge. From the initial meeting with Trevor Rogers and the help of his staff in store we knew the process would be very smooth. The lounge floor looks stunning and the fitters were excellent. They were considerate with wearing Covid masks whenever my wife or I came near. They were very thorough and explained everything whilst they were in our house. Always tidied up at the end of the day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AJ Rogers for anyone looking to have new flooring.

Workmen arrived on time and were friendly and polite. At the finish of each day they cleaned up any mess. Work was finished ahead of time and they carried the chairs down from upstairs for me which meant I didn’t have to wait for my son’s visit. We have used A J Rogers in the past for carpet fitting and Amtico laying and cannot recommend them highly enough. Super teamwork from shop display and sales to fitting expertise.

AJ Rogers & Sons provided a professional service in all respects. The estimate was detailed and their communication was excellent. Their workmanship is of a very high standard. When unexpected snagging issues arose during the installation, it was very well communicated and dealt with. The floor installation in our living room, dining room and entrance hall was completed in March 2020 just as the country was going into lockdown. We are very happy with our decision to give our custom to this local company in Kent that is committed to maintain its good reputation.

Right from our first visit to the showroom up to the installation, AJ Rogers have been fantastic. We got quotes from 2 other independent carpet shops and were very pleased when AJ Rogers proved to be financially competitive as their friendly service and genuine enthusiasm for helping us choose the right carpet really stood out from our very first visit. They weren't remotely pushy, but unlike the others really showed an interest in helping us choose the right carpet. After visiting to measure up (which both the other companies seemed reluctant to do until we'd chosen a carpet) they produced a couple of different quotes to help us decide on exactly what we wanted within our budget range. The quote was broken down clearly so we could tweak to get the right balance between budget, product and features. The fitting teams were really professional too - polite, on time, quiet, enthusiastic, tidy and totally accommodating when we made a last minute (the day before!) decision to change one part of our order. We've previously used Lordship Flooring Co. in East Dulwich, who sell much the same products, but AJ Rogers were much more enthusiastic and friendly and, as it turns out, the fitting was of a notably higher quality.

Very helpful staff in store and I was given a whole book of samples to take home with me (is that usual? It was so useful to have). A home visit one week later to measure and provide the quote which I decided to go with and am really pleased I did. The existing concrete floor was in poor condition so a screed was recommended, so glad I went with that, it's made a huge difference. Next day the Sisal carpet was fitted in the bedroom and the guys did a very good job, there was no mess and they were very friendly. Only slight downside for me was having to wait 7 weeks from quote to fitting but that was made clear from the start and given the events of 2020, I was happy to wait - especially as the end result was so good. I'd happily recommend this company to anyone.

A J Rogers has installed flooring and carpets at my house over several years. The Amtico floor installed here was typical of their work - installed on time, to budget, and professionally and competently. A very satisfied customer here, who would not hesitate to use them again.

We have used A J Rogers & Sons Limited twice before and when we wanted to change our hall flooring, we knew who we would ask to do the job for us. The initial visit to our home for the survey was immediate and extremely helpful. The hallway is a small area but we received the same excellent attention, advice and recommendation we have known before. When we visited the showroom to look at examples of pattern, we were delighted with the time we were given, and help with trimmings etc. We were shown samples totally suitable to our wishes for the hallway. The flooring was fitted this week, ahead of the date we were given; a wonderful surprise. We are really delighted with the new look of our hallway. The fitters were wonderful, and easy to have in our home. We have since received a follow up call to ask about our satisfaction. We initially used this company on the recommendation of friends. We will continue to recommend them to others looking for similar services. Excellent.

I had never used AJ Rogers before but they came on a friends recommendation. I was warmly greeted on entering the shop and booked an appointment for someone to come and measure up. That person arrived with a very friendly greeting and went through exactly what would happen. I was expecting a delay in the actual fitting but I was called and told it could be done immediately. I had agreed to have Karndean tiles fitted. On the first visit the guys put down the base for the tiles then came back two days later to complete the job. On completion I was asked to check the new flooring. On doing so I couldn't believe how good it looked, much better than I was expecting. The guy fitting the floor was very friendly and on both visits cleaned up and so I had nothing to do. The day after the floor was fitted someone called to check that I was happy. I am really delighted with the outcome and will use them again in the future.

We had the whole house recarpeted, 4 bedrooms, living room, hallway and stairs with stair runners all in the same carpet. From Gemma in the shop assisting us initially to Trevor coming over to measure up and get everything measured correctly. They had to work around other works in the house and we couldn't be happier with the finish. When you are having the whole house done, you want it to last a long time and the little things they suggested to ensure it lasts a long time , from silicon the gaps on the skirting boards, to insulating with paper before the underlay was installed. We paid a premium but its well worth it and we would have no hesitation in choosing AJ Rogers again when we get the kitchen/diner flooring next year

We live in Greenwich and have used A J Rogers for many years. After some increasingly bad experiences with a national store, we will now always use them for preference and it is so nice that there are still small family firms, maintaining the highest standards of work with really friendly and caring customer relations. This time they supplied and fitted a stair/hallway carpet - no easy job in a 4 story, 200-year-old house. As usual, the work was immaculate and Chris, the fitter, was friendly, tidy and highly professional. They were also very helpful in turning up a couple of weeks earlier, at no extra cost, to cut away part of the old carpet to allow us to decorate first.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had – from first going in to choose the carpet, to completion. My whole house was done (both carpet and Amtico) and I had building works carried out at same time. Michael and his team worked round my roofers with dates and were completely flexible – nothing was too much trouble - the co-ordination & communication at AJ Rogers is seamless. This is the first time we used AJ Rogers. From pre-sale to work’s completion and remediation for an unforeseen (and non preventable glitch) the whole experience of engaging with AJ Rogers has been extremely positive. When it comes to the products’ range, the showroom personnel are very articulate and extremely knowledgeable We selected one of the high end engineered wooden floors which needed to be ordered in advance as treated to specification. The floor was laid across 3 rooms, including the master bedroom. The project was delivered in time and within the agreed quality standard. An unforeseen glitch resulting in a leaking pipe was immediately remediated by AJ Rogers, whom arranged for the area affected to be re-decorated very promptly and bearing no inconvenience to us. Again, this small, family owned business denoted an excellent focus on customer satisfaction when solving a problem, which is rather uncommon nowadays. The fitting team, Seph and Alex, were diligent and personable. Neil, whom oversees QA and project management, became accountable from project initiation to completion. We will engage AJ Rogers again and would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. AJ Rogers is not the lowest priced option for flooring solutions but, like all qualitative services, customer satisfaction and attention to detail comes at a price. Because of the overall experience, quality of materials and execution of work, the AJ Rogers’ services are adequately priced.

Following a flood the replacement carpet was difficult to source. AC Rogers liaised with the manufactures from the outset including planning, sourcing and laying. I would always use them in preference to anyone else.

The contract consisted of laying a Kahrs engineered wood floor in our lounge. Very satisfied with the result, and the work was performed efficiently and to a high standard. Contact with everyone, at every stage, was polite and professional. We will happily use this company again.

In addition we had a problem with our Karndean kitchen floor which had blown in a small area. A J Rogers have yet again (this is the third time we have used them) done a brilliant job. Very professional, tidy, polite and their knowledge of their products really helped us to choose the right carpet for our needs. They provide a personal bespoke service.

We use A J Rogers for all our flooring needs. They are very helpful in selecting the right product. The pre work inspection and measuring service is excellent and they provide good solutions. The downstairs toilet was the latest piece of work they have done for us which included levelling the floor to the hall level. Having selected the product they then gave us a range of options on the site visit and then installed on the due date. They always ring to re-confirm the fitting dates. All their staff are professional treating the house as their own and they tidy up after they have finished. We have had no problems with anything they have installed in the past.

We have been using A.J Rogers for many years and have always found their work and their service excellent. This time, a minor problem with a flooring repair, was dealt with quickly and efficiently (firstly a visit from a concerned director) and we will certainly continue to use them. By way of contrast, we have stopped using a prestigious, national department store for flooring requirements as we have found their service to have deteriorated badly over the past 10 years.

We had our lounge carpet replaced and the task was completed very efficiently and without any problems. We are delighted with both our choice of carpet and the team who completed the work.

I contacted AJ Rogers to provide an estimate for a new marmoleum floor as part of a large kitchen/dining room extension. Their whole team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the finished product and their service throughout. Our builder was also impressed with their installation team and remarked on how good they were.

We had a carpet which had been stored in the loft and we wanted it fitted in the bedroom. Gemma was very helpful in advising on checking the condition. Two men arrived as planned to lay it but after turning it several ways it would only fit with a join. This was fine by me and they had made a great effort to try and avoid the join. They were very pleasant and the job was completed that morning.

AJ Rogers fitted our extension with Moduleo wood effect flooring. They were very helpful from the start and couldn't have been more flexible with time as the various building delays came. They were also incredibly helpful sorting out the shortfalls in the prep the builders were supposed to have done and focused purely on making sure our finished floor was perfect. Great communication throughout.

We had AJ Rogers supply and fit Amtico Spacia to our entrance hall and out into our new kitchen diner extension. From start to finish they were fantastic. They were happy to visit and meet with the builders discussing all necessary technical specifications. The whole process was seamless and the job was completed to an excellent standard and even avoided having a door bar between the hallway and the extension despite a slightly different floor height. We went to A J Rogers because its very local glad we did the staff could not have been more helpful they loan us a few boards to pick the Amtico that match the kitchen units that we had installed Trevor came to measure and give use an estimate which was very competitive he explain the best way to lay it also said that when the guys come to lay it to try both ways to see how we would like it, they keep us informed as to when they could fit which worked best for use they came the day before to screed the floor and next day to lay the floor which was done in a day they where very clean and tidy, the work was done to a very high standard we are very pleased with the results an excellent service all round would definitely recommend A J Rogers.

We’ve just had our carpet replaced with a beautiful light oak, herringbone design wood floor. Our initial visit to the shop was great as all the staff there are very friendly, efficient and really know their stuff. Trevor then came to do the on site visit and he too was very helpful. Once we got our quote and decided to go ahead with the job, everything was booked in at times that suited us perfectly. The carpet was taken up and disposed of, the floor was screeded, then the wood was laid over a three day period. Zeph, the young man who laid the floor was probably the best trades person that we’ve ever dealt with. He was punctual, efficient, hard working, very neat and tidy. He was also so polite and trustworthy and he did a really good job. We have used A J Rogers in the past and we have always been happy with their work. Would definitely recommend them.

We have used A.J. Rogers & Sons in the past so had no hesitation in contacting them again when we were told we had electrical faults under the floor boards in our dining room and the Carpet had to be uplifted in order to rectify the problem. It sounded like a complicated job but thankfully the member of staff whom I initially contacted reassured me that the whole room did not need to be disrupted which really was helpful. To cut a long story short. The day before the Electrician arrived A.J Rogers had sent a member of their staff who arrived on time and carried out the job with minimum fuss and bother. Once the electrical faults were rectified, the fitter returned to relay the carpet and to do a thorough steam clean. We could not have been more satisfied with the service we have received and would certainly use this family business again.

A J Rogers & Sons did a great job installing a floor in our loft. In order to do so they removed and disposed of an old water tank, bits of piping and various other pieces of un required paraphernalia. They did a great job, turned up on time and always with a helpful an co-operative attitude. Previously, they fitted our kitchen floor and we were very happy to bring them in a second time for this job. All work was completed on time and to budget.

AJ Rogers expert advice and customer service was brilliant from start to finish. Plus extremely competitive on price for a quality product and finish. We had been made to feel that a carpet runner was a difficult, long and expensive headache by other independents - A J Rogers made the process easy and hassle free, with helpful design input and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Consultation, templating, binding and fitting was completed in a two week turnaround - we had been quoted up to six weeks by others! The work has been completed to a very high standard and all areas were also cleaned afterwards by the fitter. I would recommend A J Rogers to all and will definitely be using them in the future.

I have been worrying for years about my hall, landing and stair carpet, which was very worn in parts but old and of very good quality. Mr Rogers made a very careful inspection and confirmed that it would be possible to move the existing carpet around to replace the worn area, and obtain a very good match to make up what was needed. He made sure that I was happy with the samples sent to me both as regards colour and pile, and knowing that I was anxious to get the work done as soon as possible, arranged a date that was very convenient. The carpet fitter arrived exactly on time, and I was extremely impressed with his workmanship and efficiency. He cleared everything up as he went along, and moved a very unwieldy bookcase back into position without being asked. The finished job surpassed my expectations, Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been extremely helpful and pleasant, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We decided to replace all our bedroom carpets and used A J Rogers who had fitted carpets for us in the past and done a good job. The showroom staff were helpful, and let us take various samples home to decide what to have. They also alerted us to the various widths of carpet, and which would be best for each room (to avoid wastage). They also visited to measure the rooms and give us accurate estimates, and advised on dealing with bumps and hollows in the floor. The fitters arrived on time, and did a good job fitting the carpet. Very happy with the result.

A.J. Rogers fitted my daughter's whole house with carpets this week. The work they did is superb! The workers were polite and helpful and cleaned the house beautifully once the carpet was in place. All the flooring in my own property was installed by this company, to a very high standard and I have recommended them to friends who have been equally delighted with their high quality of workmanship. I would not go anywhere else for flooring.

The company did some insurance related work for us two years ago so we had no hesitation in using them again to put down a wood floor in our lounge. They moved heavy items of furniture and lifted the old carpet for us. The new floor was put down very quickly and expertly. We had two different teams doing the work and they even remembered the previous job. They were very friendly and efficient throughout and we would certainly use them again.

A J Rogers removed the old carpet and underlay and provided new underlay and carpet. The work was brought forward from the original date by mutual agreement. We have been using AJ Rogers since the shop opened in 1966, their service has always been of the highest standard and their after sales service is also excellent. We have always found contact with all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. The fitters did an excellent job fitting the carpet and cleaning up after them. We would always recommend AJ Rogers and have used them on many occasions since the shop opened, we have not considered going to another shop.

When you enter any carpet shop you are confronted with thousands of carpet samples and the choice is immense, it is the service and advice you get in making that decision on what carpet/floor covering to chose that is paramount; that is where Rogers were head and shoulders above the rest. The site visit and the subsequent fitting (by their own staff) was five star, and to time with no mess! You may get a cheaper carpet elsewhere but not the service. Highly recommended

Flooring our new kitchen/ extension was a complicated business with different floor levels and types to be accommodated. AJ Rogers were great, did lots of pre-installation site visits to work our the best way to do it all, and when they did the installation they were professional and careful and the floor looks great. We have used them before on a previous kitchen floor and would most certainly use them again for other work.

I want to thank Gemma and Michael for all their help. I was trying to get a new carpet laid in the hall and stairs of a house which we are in the process of reletting. As we live overseas I was concerned how the process would work but AJ Rogers have been very easy to deal with.
