Andy was servicing my boiler as he has done for several years. Andy communicates well and is a very talented heating engineer, nothing phases him. He is professional, friendly and extremely thorough, always explains things patiently and listens to what worries me, especially now I have a newish boiler( 2 years old that Andy installed) and I don’t understand some things on it! I want to recommend Andy highly but I doubt if he needs it! He is so good he is always busy! Thank you Andy, I know my boiler is in safe hands.

Broken down electric boiler attended to by Andy- who was super friendly, on time, and extremely knowledgable. Andy got the heating back on and he also bled the radiators and very kindly reset the heating timer, Very helpful and considerate… he even put shoe coverers on when he came into the house as it was rainy outside AND messaged me later that evening to check it was all working ok. This level of customer service and care is non existent these days so it made a nice change! Five star service, from Andy - highly recommended, skilled and trustworthy.

We called Andy to get help when our heating was not coming on upstairs. Of course this was Friday early evening. Andy established that we could cope with partial heating for a few days until he could come. He came very promptly a few days later and completely fixed the problem. Andy has looked after us for years now and he's never let us down.

Andy Lander has for a number of years now provided regular service checks for our boiler and hot water system. In addition, he's acted as an emergency call out service when things have gone wrong and also replaced pipes and radiators and given advice on longer term projects such as a complete bathroom replacement. In all cases he has been friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional, and given us all the information we needed to make decisions when needed.

Andy is the most capable plumber I’ve ever used. He has previously installed my boiler, and services it every year. All he’s pipe work is immaculate and straight. This job he installed a dog bath in our shed, so he connected it to the mains water and ran a waste for me. He was tidy, knowledgeable and professional. Only gripe is he is so busy. But I guess this is a sign of a good tradesmen. Would highly recommend Andy Lander to anyone who wants a professional job. Worth every penny.
