Broken down electric boiler attended to by Andy- who was super friendly, on time, and extremely knowledgable. Andy got the heating back on and he also bled the radiators and very kindly reset the heating timer, Very helpful and considerate… he even put shoe coverers on when he came into the house as it was rainy outside AND messaged me later that evening to check it was all working ok. This level of customer service and care is non existent these days so it made a nice change! Five star service, from Andy - highly recommended, skilled and trustworthy.

Andy is the most capable plumber I’ve ever used. He has previously installed my boiler, and services it every year. All he’s pipe work is immaculate and straight. This job he installed a dog bath in our shed, so he connected it to the mains water and ran a waste for me. He was tidy, knowledgeable and professional. Only gripe is he is so busy. But I guess this is a sign of a good tradesmen. Would highly recommend Andy Lander to anyone who wants a professional job. Worth every penny.

Andy completed the installation of a new combi boiler (to replace the old system boiler), and replacement of radiators in our property. During the initial process of determining an appropriate solution and estimating the price of works, Andy was creative and pragmatic in suggesting solutions while also listening to our requirements and incorporating these as required. He is a meticulous and well organised professional who takes pride in his work, evidenced by the tidy way in which he completes his work and leaves no rough edges. In many instances Andy left things in a better state than he found them, taking the opportunity to improve the overall heating system. He is an excellent communicator and kept us updated throughout the installation process. He was willing to listen and took care of any concerns we had. I couldn't be happier with this service - Andy is a highly recommended and trustworthy professional - and I'm glad I now have a go-to heating and plumbing pro!

Sent him pictures of what the problem was. Came back promptly with recommendation and price quote. Arrived bang on time and came in on quote. Great job, guy knew exactly what he was doing.

I wanted my parents to get Hive fitted, so they have a better visibility of their heating and hot water system. Their current programmer was really difficult to operate and as they are OAPs, just impossible for them to use. Andy came over swapped over the bits and pieces necessary and made sure that everything was fully tested before leaving. He also took the time to investigate a heated towel rain issue. All the time, he was extremely polite and friendly. My parents enjoyed the visit and are very happy with the new system.

Not the most complex repair, but something that was beyond my DIY skills. Turned up on time, work done thoroughly, offered to come back if anything needed adjusting
