We have just had a new bathroom fitted by AP Dwerryhouse Plumbing & Heating. This included removal of the old full bathroom suite, flooring & wall tiles. From our first meeting Tony was friendly, professional, listened to our requirements & gave advice which was much appreciated. The work was carried out to the agreed schedule & to budget. All the team were friendly, helpful, professional, skilled & hard working. Time keeping was excellent too. This company was recommended to us & we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone we have already had a lady visit us to see our new bathroom. She was very impressed.

I needed to upgrade my 20-year-old Worcester Bosch boiler with a new and more eco-friendly one. I contacted Tony who had come highly recommended and I was not disappointed, right from the first telephone call it was very clear I was dealing with a very professional company. We made an appointment for Tony to call and carry out a full survey of the system, we followed the advice and recommendation given and our trust was not misplaced. The team arrived on time and set about covering our carpets with self-adhesive plastic sheeting, treating our home with the utmost care and respect. The old Boiler and all the pipes were removed and taken away, the new system was installed all within one day. Shaun gave a comprehensive tutorial on the system couldn't have been more helpful. the area was cleaned and the carpet covering removed wouldn't have known the had been. Tony telephoned the next day to confirm that we were satisfied and the boiler was working perfectly. This is a family company that takes pride in themselves and their work and deserves to continue to do well, Thank you APD couldn't have asked for more.

It was evident that this firm was very busy. We were happy to wait for a good job. We were not disappointed. Our bathroom and cloakroom needed complete refurbishment. Tony came and assessed the job and we visited his showroom. He listened to our ideas and advised us where we could look at tiles, flooring etc. He provided catalogues with an extensive range of choice but was also willing to look at ideas that we had researched ourselves. He was keen to ensure that he did not impose any ideas on us but to give us what we wanted. The work was expensive, but we did select expensive fittings (tiles, shower etc.). The end product in both rooms is well worth it. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the patience that the team displayed when a problem occurred e.g. discovering two layers of old cork tiles beneath the floor. This took time to remove but they all applied themselves cheerfully. The different tradespeople Tony employed were as impressive as his team. The tiling, painting and joinery complement the rest of the excellent work. The joiner even came on a Sunday to complete. This is a family firm with high standards. Tony, his sons and the team were a pleasure to have in the house. Of particular note was the cleanliness at the end of each day. Great pains were taken to ensure that we were not left in any unnecessary mess. Tony rang to check we were happy daily. Impressively Tony got stuck in in a variety of jobs with the rest of the team - an effective leader.

APD installed a Worcester 8000 boiler for us. Everything ran smoothly from initial inspection of existing set up to completion of new boiler installation. V competitive on pricing too. One call and Tony visited the same day to advise on requirements. Quote emailed over the next morning. On day of fit, Tony and his team arrived on time and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. The new pipework is just fantastic. Cleaned everything up properly too when the job was done. Excellent aftercare too: just had a follow-up call from Tony to check everything's working OK. Can't beat that. We'll get them back to service the boiler and do any further plumbing we need. Found APD on this site based on excellent reviews. They've earned another. Cheers guys.

Tony and his team completed a full bathroom installation to a very high standard. They tailored the quote making recommendations and providing options for us. They turned on time, cleaned up at the end of every day and completed the work in 10 days. The workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the finished bathroom.

We recently had a new Worcester Boiler installed by this excellent family firm. Tony came out to give us a quote and it was clear from the offset we were dealing with someone who knew what he was talking about. He was very friendly, professional and most informative. Tony and his sons arrived on time to carry out the work as promised. Everything was done to a very high standard with particular attention to detail. Also, on completion, Sean clearly explained how to operate the boiler etc. My home was left clean and tidy on completion (they even washed their tea cups!) Tony came out to quote for our small simple en suite desperately in need of bringing up to date. We had received a number of quotes, all outlandish and when Tony arrived he was just full of positivity and and great ideas, what we loved is that he wanted to do what was best for the long term whilst delivering what my wife & I wanted. His quote was reasonable and completely transparent with no pressure. Work started and the parts of the house used to access the en suite were completely protected and then at the end of each work day the house was left spotless ( fantastic especially as we have a toddler running around ). For each part of the job which was a total rip out and re fit there was a dedicated specialist, i.e. Tyler, joiner so on and so forth not just someone who does a bit of this and that. At all times we were updated and never pressured. It was clear to see that the only thing of importance was that we were getting the result we wanted. The final result is perfect, everything we wanted we now have and the products used are of the very finest quality there was nothing too much trouble and no corners cut just a truly honest and professional job, we could not be happier!
