I would like to thank Tony for his quick response to my enquiry over a Gas fire service. He came out the following day and completed the service. The gas fire is fine. I would definately reccommend him.

Tony and Sean supplied a new shower tray, cubicle and fitments, including shower hose and rail, along with wallboards. The work was carried out quickly, with care and using quality materials. In addition, they serviced the boiler at no extra cost and cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. I have no hesitation in recommending this company in the highest regard.

Doing business with Tony and his Son was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Tony came and gave me a written price for the job, itemising everything that he would be doing and the cost of each item, which I found really helpful. We booked APD Heating & Energy Ltd to have the old bathroom ripped out and a new one fitted, best decision we have ever made. Tony and the guys have done an amazing job, they work so hard, are friendly and professional, taking pride in what they do. They always cleaned up after each day and treat your home with the same care they would their own. Tony explains everything fully and keeps you informed each step of the way so you know you are in safe hands! When the original bathroom was ripped out, they discovered a hole in the floor with rotten wooden beam (we have suspended floors) likely due to a slow leak from the old bath/pipe work. Tony had this sorted in no time, replacing the wooden beams and sorting the floor out. Over the course of a week and a half they have transformed the room and created a beautiful fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. It is perfect. We have waited 10 years to get this bathroom done for one reason or another, but it has been worth the wait!! I would 100% recommend Tony and the guys, you will not be disappointed. Only thing left to say is a big thank you to Tony, Sean and Joe for all their hard work and giving us a fabulous bathroom!

I don't know where to start really...a week before Christmas, no heating or hot water for two weeks and I tried countless Plumbers to be put off until the middle of January 2025. Called Tony, recommended on the Worcester website and he answered immediately. I explained the issue and he was at our house the same day. He knew the issue immediately and also pointed out the problem with the gas pipe which I knew which gave me comfort in his knowledge. Our 16 year old boiler we knew was dead, so a quote arrived as planned pre 8 am the next morning. the price was fair and we agreed the deal. They came earlier than planned the following Tuesday and Tony and Joe are ultimate professionals and great guys to boot! Work was immaculate, explained all the way through, reassured throughout and here I am typing this in a warm house with a smile on my face. I think me and Em have a friend for life in Tony and no one else will service this system but these guys in the future. From our 1st phone call, initial visit and installation of our Worcester Bosch central heating boiler, Tony kept us up to date and also provided a very competitive quote. They arrived on time and kept the house clean and tidy throughout. They completed the work in really good time and removed the old boiler so nothing was left behind. The team were very friendly and ensured we understood the new remote control system before they left. I highly recommend this company, they offer an exceptional customer experience.

My elderly mother needed to replace her 25yr old gas boiler. She had always replied on British Gas to service her boiler so initially I asked them to quote for a replacement. As I live 50miles away I used Trusted Trader to find an alternative plumber/heating engineer to provide a quote. APD had excellent reviews and when I contacted Tony within a few days he visited and provided a clear quote listing all that he would supply and do. Subsequently, he was also readily available to discuss the details of the quote. His quote was considerably cheaper, and he gave my mother great confidence that he and his team would complete the work in a timely manner with minimal disruption to her home. As my mother’s aging boiler was now struggling to work he arrange to fit the boiler within the following week. He and his team arrived on time, placed protective mats and set to work tidily removing the old boiler. They clearly explained any significant changes needed with the new boiler. The work was completed in just half a day. Tony explained the use of the boiler and the associated timer. He also reassuringly said to my mother she could contact him if she had any issues with the boiler and he would respond within a day or two. This was very helpful for me as I am some distance from her home. I would have no hesitation in recommending APD Heating and Energy Ltd, the whole team are very professional, doing an excellent job with minimal disruption and completed all the work in a timely manner.

I needed my bathroom reorganising and a walk-in shower installed in place of a bath. Tony and his team carried out this work efficiently. There was more plumbing work than originally expected when the bath was removed but every aspect of their work was carried out in a neat professional way. They worked well together and every job finished to a very high standard. They were pleasant to deal with and ensured my home was left each day clean and tidy. The work was done to the agreed budget and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and his team.

APD had replaced a boiler at my partner’s dad’s house and was recommended them. Tony and his chaps came to my recently purchased property and fitted a new boiler, swapped some pipes, moved a radiator and fitted TRVs to my radiators. They removed my header and water heater tank and fitted Everyone was courteous and did their best to keep the house clean. They even managed to chase a wall out and there was little mess left. I was kept up to date on the job. There was the odd extra cost I wasn’t expecting, but that was more some requirements to bring the house up to spec, rather than extras shoehorned in. I was given best advice and some useful information to extend the longevity of my system. Any aftercare and information has been great too. They are not the least expensive on the market, but they have done a wonderful job and have filled me with confidence. I glad to have chosen APD, and I would, and have recommended them to people looking for any heating work.

We are so pleased we engaged APD to re-do our aged bathroom. The job was "out with the old and in with the new". Tony and his team were so pleasant, professional and skilled throughout and our first impressions assured us that we had chosen well. From the initial consultation to completion we were kept informed and every stage was explained and discussed with us so that we always knew how the schedule was progressing. Communication was excellent throughout and any queries were resolved quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for Tony and the team and everyone was so pleasant and easy to talk to. APD fitted our bathroom out, basically gutting it and started from scratch. Tony and his team where punctual at all times, cleaned up daily and Tony also took time to explain the installation process, which to me was useful and he explained everything very clearly. The team treated our house with respect and his lads were very helpful, Rob, the tiler, did an excellent job, nice man. Would definitely use APD heating again, well done Tony and your team.

Excellent service from Tony, the lads and all subbies he brought in (tiler and floorer). Great service from start to finish for a complete bathroom refurbishment on a previously very badly installed setup. We were away the first week when all the demolition/clearing /heavy duty stuff was carried out and we're kept up-to-date with messages and photos. Everyone was knowledgeable and personable with any questions we had. The lads encountered plenty of problems along the way and dealt with them whilst telling us what was happening and what they were doing. The finished job is fantastic, couldn't be happier. We'd have no problem using them for any plumbing/heating needs in the future. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of getting work done.

Tony and his team fitted a new boiler an old central heating system, new valves and control system for the hot water and heating timing and new TRV valves to the radiators. From my first call to ask for a quote I had a really good experience. The price was competitive and I couldn't have had a better service. All visits were carried out when promised and when the works were installed the team of 4 turned up and in two and a half days had the heating going again. The men doing the work were all as nice as Tony, polite and happy to explain things. With the quirks of the old system there was a bit of a struggle to get the air out and a slight modification to the headertank...tony came back as soon as this small problem was noticed and no extra cost. A 1970s installed system is working as it used to and pumping out the heat with an efficient new boiler at the heart and minimum disruption while doing the works. Highly recommended company. I'd use them again at the drop of a hat if I needed.

They managed to slot us in their busy schedule to quickly install a new boiler after our old boiler suddenly stopped working. Friendly bunch of lads and done the job swiftly too.

We used A. P. Dwerryhouse for our new Bathroom, and cannot praise them enough. From the time Tony came out to give us an estimate he was really helpful with suggestions to help us make a decision. They came on the day they said and finished on time. in between, they were very tidy workers always cleaning up after themselves and everyone of them worked to a very high standard. We contacted APD Plumbing and Heating as we needed a new boiler and they had excellent reviews on the Which Trusted Trader site. A P Dwerryhouse conducted a survey, explained exactly what he would do and answered all our questions . He emailed us with a quote that same day. They arrived at the agreed time to commence the work. All areas leading to the boiler were covered over and protected and they immediately got to work. They were both very professional, efficient, courteous and friendly. They explained how the boiler operated and answered any questions we had. They then cleared up after themselves. We could not fault them. Tony called the next day to check that everything was running smoothly, which it was. We would not hesitate to employ them again if the need arose.

Tony planned our bathrooms after listening to what we required. We received a quote within a couple of days and a suitable date was arranged for work to begin. From day 1 Tony kept us informed. Team are very professional and courteous at all times. At the end of the two weeks, I have 2 fully fitted gorgeous bathrooms. So pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

We have just had a new bathroom fitted by AP Dwerryhouse Plumbing & Heating. This included removal of the old full bathroom suite, flooring & wall tiles. From our first meeting Tony was friendly, professional, listened to our requirements & gave advice which was much appreciated. The work was carried out to the agreed schedule & to budget. All the team were friendly, helpful, professional, skilled & hard working. Time keeping was excellent too. This company was recommended to us & we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone we have already had a lady visit us to see our new bathroom. She was very impressed.

I needed to upgrade my 20-year-old Worcester Bosch boiler with a new and more eco-friendly one. I contacted Tony who had come highly recommended and I was not disappointed, right from the first telephone call it was very clear I was dealing with a very professional company. We made an appointment for Tony to call and carry out a full survey of the system, we followed the advice and recommendation given and our trust was not misplaced. The team arrived on time and set about covering our carpets with self-adhesive plastic sheeting, treating our home with the utmost care and respect. The old Boiler and all the pipes were removed and taken away, the new system was installed all within one day. Shaun gave a comprehensive tutorial on the system couldn't have been more helpful. the area was cleaned and the carpet covering removed wouldn't have known the had been. Tony telephoned the next day to confirm that we were satisfied and the boiler was working perfectly. This is a family company that takes pride in themselves and their work and deserves to continue to do well, Thank you APD couldn't have asked for more.

It was evident that this firm was very busy. We were happy to wait for a good job. We were not disappointed. Our bathroom and cloakroom needed complete refurbishment. Tony came and assessed the job and we visited his showroom. He listened to our ideas and advised us where we could look at tiles, flooring etc. He provided catalogues with an extensive range of choice but was also willing to look at ideas that we had researched ourselves. He was keen to ensure that he did not impose any ideas on us but to give us what we wanted. The work was expensive, but we did select expensive fittings (tiles, shower etc.). The end product in both rooms is well worth it. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the patience that the team displayed when a problem occurred e.g. discovering two layers of old cork tiles beneath the floor. This took time to remove but they all applied themselves cheerfully. The different tradespeople Tony employed were as impressive as his team. The tiling, painting and joinery complement the rest of the excellent work. The joiner even came on a Sunday to complete. This is a family firm with high standards. Tony, his sons and the team were a pleasure to have in the house. Of particular note was the cleanliness at the end of each day. Great pains were taken to ensure that we were not left in any unnecessary mess. Tony rang to check we were happy daily. Impressively Tony got stuck in in a variety of jobs with the rest of the team - an effective leader.
