Arben and his team spent four weeks turning our garden design into reality. The work included groundworks. Trenches for cabling to a garden room, removing existing materials and plants, replacing boundary fencing, creating two decking areas, brick pathways, planting of a lawn and making good. He even transported our surplus topsoil from our home to a relative who wished to use it. The quality of the work was superb. Particularly the detailing of the circular brick paver paths and getting the correct finish on the composite decking boards. Arben is a perfectionist. On one occasion getting his team to redo a line of fencing as he was unhappy with it. On another redoing angles on the decking to ensure a better visual outcome. Arben and the team were friendly, diligent and diplomatic when dealing with a neighbour's concerns about the impact of replacing a boundary fence. In week one they had to coordinate with a contractor who was completing a garden room. At the end of the work, all materials and waste were removed and the access routes were cleaned to a high standard. In terms of pricing, we received excellent value for money. Quotes and invoices were quickly provided and clear. Variations, (when additional fencing requirements were asked for by a neighbour), were clearly explained and fairly priced.
