About

We are a family-run business, offering Roof, hard surface and render cleaning & protection services to customers throughout Herts, Beds, Bucks and North London.

Our goal is to provide you with an alternative and cheaper solution to having to replace your roof and hard surface areas, with our cleaning and protection services. We can provide you with a simple soft washing option for roof moss removal, or a roof steam cleaning service with additional roof sealing protection. We also offer soft washing, pressure washing and steam cleaning for all your external hard surfaces, including sealing options.

We are looking to build long term relationships with all our clients both past and present. Our aim is to provide you with honest advice and look to find you the most practical solution for the job in hand. We currently hold 10 years’ experience in the external cleaning industry.

My driveway was flooded badly and was filthy and disgusting these guys came along to clean the drive and conservatory roof. They did an amazing job the difference with the drive is incredible and the conservatory roof is gleaming they also cleaned the guttering too. They were professional, polite and respectful. Highly recommend this company.

We had 3 quotes for moss clearance and prohibitor. This company was about the same price as the other two, but their professional and well-informed approach was what we liked. They have been today. Spent ages scraping the moss off. They also aligned the guttering and cleaned all the PVC. The amount of clearing up was huge but they did a great job of leaving everything clean and tidy.

We are very impressed with the service provided. Alan gave us a competitive quote and answered our questions quickly. Two of the team turned up on the agreed date and time and worked really hard and cleared away all of the moss that they’d removed, leaving everything cleaned and mess free. The guys were very polite and professional and were very thorough with the work they did. My roof already looks amazing, just one day in. I would definitely recommend and will use again. Very happy with the work they did.

We had our patterned concrete driveway repaired and coated to a very high standard, we are so pleased with it. The tradesman was very professional and meticulous about how the finished driveway would look, absolutely excellent work.

Had lots of moss on our roof, contacted A & R, they promptly came to view and advised how work would be carried out, received our quote quickly and agreed a start date. A friendly group arrived when expected and carried out the work professionally and to a good standard. Within 2 days all moss removed, gutters cleared and roof sprayed to improve tiles. The lads tidied up after themselves well and we were very happy with the job done.
