I had a sealed leaded double glazed window that had condensation inside and needed replacing. I am a which? member and saw some good reviews online so called Andy. He came round on the same day, measured up, sent a quote and the unit was ordered and installed the next week without any problems at all. You wouldn't notice that it was a replacement. Perfect fit and great service. If only all tradesmen were as reliable!

I called Andy about one of our leaded light double glazed sealed units which had shattered. He was able to replace it in the space of less than 2 weeks and it is a perfect match - you would never know it wasn't the original. He provides a friendly but with extremely professional, efficient service; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Andy fitted two window panels and a French door panel with superb efficiency and complete confidence, even though each window was a different design and required a different fitting method. He then worked on dealing with three year old French Doors which have never closed and locked smoothly and have scraped on the frame every time they were opened or closed. Despite calling back the original fitters on at least two occasions. He absolutely knew just what was required to make them operate correctly. They now work better than they ever have. He also explained what caused the problem with them and how it could be put right, which I found very interesting. Delighted with the results and will most certainly use his services again for yet more misted panels which I have just noticed... Will happily recommend him to anyone who needs a window repairing.
