Aabsolute Roofing

Mark & Josh arrived on Thursday 11th, January to undertake the installation of a a fairly large shallow pitched flat roof of some 30 square metres. Their work entailed the removal of existing plastic covering and sheets of Sterling board that had been damaged through rain water penetration. They both worked like Trojans in laying a new roofing membrane together with new UPVC scribed in side panels and with main fascia and guttering. The quality of the workmanship can only be described as Exhibition Standard. Hence my attribute of ROLLS-ROYCE.

Mark & Josh replaced all the fascias, soffits and guttering on our house with UPVC and deep flow guttering. Whilst the work was initially delayed (thanks to the multiple storms) we were kept informed and the work was carried out well. All old materials were cleared from around the house, and the result looks really professional (we had black soffits and fascias fitted which look much better than the white ones. All in all a great job and both of them managed to stay in good humour despite the weather……

The ridge tiles on our extension were coming loose and in danger of falling off. Mark identified that ‘bonnet’ tiles should have been used and that the wrong mix of sand/cement had been used. He removed the ridge tiles and old cement from sloping corners and cut and fitted the new bonnet tiles. The result was a much better looking extension roof than before, with the new tiles fitting perfectly. Everything was cleaned and tidied up, and the job was completed in a day. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend Aabsolute Roofing without hesitation.

I had been looking for a trusted roofer who I could be confident would do a good job, luckily a customer of mine recommended Mark. So after contacting him he promptly came round to check what needed to be done after agreeing. Marks quote which was reasonable, for reseating all ridge tiles on my two storey extension along with cementing both gulleys cleaning all gutters and re-bedding the front porch verge and ridge tiles with red dye frost proofing etc. An immaculate job was carried out, when Mark and Josh left I was hard pressed to tell they had even been there, No mess at all. Would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the whole process from initial contact, visit and quote through to completion of the works. Mark and Josh were extremely professional, hardworking, courteous and personable and did a first rate job. They took away all the rubbish and left everything neat and clean. The price was exactly as quoted and we would not hesitate to recommend them, and will indeed use them again when needed.

Mark replaced the guttering at the rear of our property, and repaired a section of the valley on our roof immediately above the gutter. Following an extension to our property, the previous guttering had not been installed correctly. Every time it rained, water fell between the gutter and the wall below the valley, overshot some the guttering, and leaked at a gutter union. Mark visited the property and quickly identified the issues with the guttering and the valley, explaining and showing me in detail what the issues were, and how they could be fixed. I did chase him for the quote after a week, but it was then sent quickly, was reasonable and detailed. The work was carried out a couple of days after the initial agreed date as the guttering hadn't arrived (he came in person to explain which I thought was very courteous), but the works were carried out with minimal fuss, and to budget. They worked hard, cleared up and swept the patio afterwards, and Mark talked me through/showed what they’d done – including a test bucket of water thrown on the roof to ensure no more leaks, and that the water was flowing the correct way! They carried out all works that had been agreed, and also kindly cut, cleared out, and added a round pipe shoe to another down pipe which was blocked for free. I found Mark and Josh to be easy to talk to, friendly, polite, knowledgable and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them.

Used Mark before and won't hesitate to again. Came out today to fix a bit of storm damage and did so quickly efficiently and without hassle and complication. Great job, no fuss, just honest and reliable.

Leaking roof work undertaken within a week of accepting the quotation. Quotation was clear and precise. Invoice was as agreed. My neighbour used Aabsolute Roofing and I could see how well they were doing the work from my upstairs window.
