Abbeywood Removals

Abbeywood have been fantastic for our move: professional, reliable, helpful I cannot compliment them enough! The packing was fast and well organised so we were able to unpack very easily. During the move they were very helpful, patient and understanding of having stressed out animals in the middle of it. Thank you very much to Adrian and team!

Abbeywood Removals arrived promptly at 8 am. Two men and two small trucks. I was nervous on the day as I was moving by myself. I had no other help apart from the two removal men. They started upstairs and I followed behind cleaning the rooms. I particularly liked the fact that we had agreed to take the ottoman beds down and put them back up in the new house. I was trying to keep up following behind and before I knew it they had completely taken everything out of the house. I was worried about the settees as they were large and heavy. They were taken away with ease. I also had a cycle, large freezers, and a trials motorcycle. All loaded on the truck with ease. By 11 am they had completely cleared out my house and then travelled up to the new house. At the other end just as efficient and by early afternoon I had completely moved into my new house. Hassle free, with no concerns. The removal men were polite and courteous at all times.

We booked the removers which was quick and easy. A gentleman came round and explained how everything would work on removal day so made it all very easy. Liam and his gang came promptly on the 27th February and emptied our house in 4 hours. Next morning they reappeared on the Isle of Wight at the correct and unloaded the vans very speedily. At all times they were polite and courteous. Their packing was wonderful and nothing was broken! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We moved with Abbeywood Removals at the end of January. We cannot praise this company enough from the initial quote, which was dealt with very quickly, right through to the actual moving day. The communication between ourselves and Abbeywood was excellent at all times as was the actual move. The removal men were not only extremely polite, professional but also the speed and efficiency in which they cleared our old house and moved furniture etc into our new home was incredible. We received all the packing boxes, wrapping paper and tape in plenty of time for us to pack our own items at our leisure. The packing materials were all free of charge, which was appreciated as moving is so costly and if you can make savings it all helps. The overall cost of the move was reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this company as we have nothing negative to say about them, only praise.

Abbeywood spent two days with us, the first day packing, prior to our move, and the second, finalising the packing, and moving us to our new home. We found them to be very professional, efficient and courteous throughout the whole process. They worked extremely well as a team.

Abbeywood arranged and carried out the move from our main family home of 37 years, as well as safely storing the contents of a separate holiday home, before bringing everything together in a new property. Despite inevitable challenges and delays from the legal process, Abbeywood were creative in finding timing solutions. During the physical move, the teams were prompt, unfailingly cheerful, courteous, careful and supportive, in packing, loading and unloading. These were qualities we really appreciated at a time of such change. We are grateful to Abbeywood for all their help in planning and delivering the move, and for enabling us to achieve this milestone event so painlessly. We would strongly recommend their services to anyone thinking of moving.

We used Abbeywood to move us from Aylesbury to North Wales - a 2 day move. Their quote was competitive and they worked with us on a completion date despite having to change the date several times. The crew on the day were fantastic - friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Access at our new house was a bit tight but the crew just got on with it and delivered all our possessions in good time and with care. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Abbeywood were friendly and professional right from the beginning when I contacted them for a quote right through to the final delivery of our goods. All the team members were polite, helpful and worked really hard to get the job done as we had a lot of possessions and furniture to move and moved a fair distance. The admin side was also very efficient and I always reactive prompt replies to any queries. I would 100% recommend Abbeywood.

Abbeywood moved all my furniture and belongings out of my old house in to storage. Once my new house was ready they moved everything out of storage in to my new house, They rebuilt all the furniture that required it, took great care of my all belongings and my new house. They were fast, efficient and I would totally recommend them.

We recently used Abbeywood Removals & Storage to move house. The whole process from initial quotation to day of removal was professional. On the day of the move the team arrived on time, they worked efficiently and handled our items with as much care as if we were moving them ourselves. They didn’t rush and always asked us to ensure items were in the correct place. Our items arrived safely, nothing broken and no marks on the walls at either end. I cannot recommend this company more. Great service from start to finish.
