As you can see from the many reviews on this site and the letters we enclose with our moving packs the issues presented by yourself are not indicative of the service we provide. Your move took place over a year ago and following your original letter your concerns were raised with the appointed crew. Following a review at the time, our findings were discussed with you on the phone and email on numerous occasions over the past year. Prior to your removal a full two page damage inventory was produced by our crew prior to them packing and moving your effects. Your move was always scheduled over two days as you had also requested two additional deliveries on route to your sons homes. Our vehicles are all tracked and on review I can see our crews clocked out on day one at 5pm and 5:30pm on day two. With regard to the wardrobe our crew were not scheduled to dismantle this as they all came out of your old home in one piece, but as a gesture the crew did dismantle and re-assemble one for you at your new home as access was tight at no additional charge. We always place mattresses in mattress bags for transit and the crew should of removed these for you on delivery. If you had dismantled furniture prior to the move our crews would not normally re-assemble these items and this was not requested as a service required by yourself. You were offered transit insurance with our insurers but declined. As a gesture of good will following your removal and to bring this matter to a close we did compensate you financially, which you were happy to accept.
