Abbeywood Removals

Abbeywood moved us over two days. Nothing was too much trouble. The packing was really efficient and nothing was lost or damaged in transit. The service up to the move was excellent but over the two days of moving in the guys were amazing. Very friendly but courteous and respectful too. They went above and beyond to help.

Abbeywood were friendly and professional right from the beginning when I contacted them for a quote right through to the final delivery of our goods. All the team members were polite, helpful and worked really hard to get the job done as we had a lot of possessions and furniture to move and moved a fair distance. The admin side was also very efficient and I always reactive prompt replies to any queries. I would 100% recommend Abbeywood.

Abbeywood arranged and carried out the move from our main family home of 37 years, as well as safely storing the contents of a separate holiday home, before bringing everything together in a new property. Despite inevitable challenges and delays from the legal process, Abbeywood were creative in finding timing solutions. During the physical move, the teams were prompt, unfailingly cheerful, courteous, careful and supportive, in packing, loading and unloading. These were qualities we really appreciated at a time of such change. We are grateful to Abbeywood for all their help in planning and delivering the move, and for enabling us to achieve this milestone event so painlessly. We moved from Thame to Wiltshire, around 100 miles away. I was very nervous for the day as I hadn't moved for over 25 years, but the team at Abbeywood made the actual move very smooth. I had a delay with completion, but the guys were great and stayed until the job was done. Their prices were competitive, and the service was top-class. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Abbeywood removals team led by Kyle who moved us were highly professional, efficient and friendly. They arrived on time each day and worked incredibly hard to complete our move from a big house to a much smaller one. We had the packing service which meant that we were able to relax while the team got on with the job of packing all our furniture and possessions in such a way that on the day of completion the stress was minimised. Everything arrived safely and was distributed to the appropriate rooms without fuss.I would definitely recommend this company.

Kyle and the team were truly excellent from start to finish. We took the packing and removal service, and the team arrived at 7.30am each morning and were courteous and hardworking. Everything was carefully packed , labelled and loaded, such that we were ready to roll at 10.30am on move day! The team unloaded everything in our new house promptly, with boxes arranged neatly and absolutely no breakages. All with a smile on their faces. From Adrian visiting our home to give us a quotation, to Kyle and his team arriving exactly at the time agreed, our move was seamless.
