We have had an Ability Alarm for 19 years and David has usually been the engineer to service and maintain the system. We have always found him to be professional, courteous and his work is of a high standard. We have recently upgraded to install some CCTV which has proven to be an excellent addition to our security system. Whenever we have had an issue or need an emergency call out, the issue has been resolved quickly and efficiently. I heartedly endorse this trader!

I have used Ability Security for nearly 10 years. They provide my domestic burglar alarm system and CCTV in my driveway. David Quinn and his team have always been responsive and efficient. Whenever there has been a problem they are friendly and efficient and quickly find a solution. Most recently, my car was broken into in my driveway. The Ability guys helped to find the relevant CCTV footage and to extract it for rapid onward transmission to the police. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

Excellent service and customer care
I have now for several years employed the services of Ability Security Consultants. They installed my first burglars' alarm back in the early 2000s and regularly serviced the system. I recently upgraded my alarm to a state-of-the-art model and all went very smoothly. A battery had failed on an alarm sensor which should have lasted another 6 months. Upon calling Ability they visited within two days and replaced all the batteries on the sensors to make sure it wouldn't happen again. As usual very helpful and very clean.

Ability Security installed a dual alarm system in our house in 2016, which they maintained most satisfactorily until 31/10/24, when we sold our property. They provided guidance throughout this period, sorted out any complications arising from entering the wrong password, electricity cuts, etc. They serviced the whole system every year, replacing batteries and repositioning sensors as our use of the rooms changed over time. They were always prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them.
