It was a pleasure to have Malcolm & Paul work on our porch. With a challenging job ahead, their knowledge & expertise shone through. They quietly got on with the work, always keeping us in the picture with what was happening. Even when substandard material was delivered, which only their expert eye picked up on & was rejected. Malcolm had lots of patience, giving us as much time as we needed to make decisions on products to use, giving us the benefit of his knowledge along the way. In a nutshell, they are brilliant craftsmen, who are always friendly, courteous, helpful & tidy, who we would always recommend.

A difficult job completed without fuss in a very professional way. Malcolm and Paul were conscientious and hard-working. They were punctual and all areas were left clean and tidy. We were kept informed of their progress and they adapted their plans to make sure we weren't affected by rainy weather. They were cheerful, friendly and a pleasure to have working in our home.

Very satisfied customer, would recommend the work done by Malcolm and Paul. I've had a leaking garage roof for 10 years which 2 previous roofers and a builder have attempted to either replace or repair. The roofers failed completely and the builder was only able to stop some of the leaks. Malcolm examined the roof explained what work was needed to repair the garage roof but more importantly explained what didn't need doing. He also gave me an estimate to replace a wooden facia and guttering on a rear extension. Once I agreed to the work in early August Malcolm and Paul started the work which was completed within a week with Malcolm keeping me updated. The repairs were tested the following day by thunderstorms during the night and heavy rain all morning, NO leaks at all. After 10 years of trying a very satisfied customer.

I have used Able Felt Roofing Ltd for 2 sets of work. A new surround to a dormer window and 2 velux windows to be replaced. I found Malcolm and Paul to be very professional in their approach to the works. Very tidy, very quiet and just got on with the job without us really noticing. We moved quite recently and found that our bedroom was quite dark. After some research we thought about a "sun tunnel". We contacted Able Felt roofing as they are a local company who are "Velux Approved". This is a small family run business, and Malcolm and his son Paul carried out the work. Malcolm advised us and was very clear and honest with the pro's and cons of the different options. We were really impressed with the work, and their tidiness. The guys had to deal with an already boarded loft, and the tunnel really takes up no space at all in the loft due to the way they managed to position it. We are really happy with the results, the difference is amazing!!

The guttering in particular was a challenging task, as it was a tight fit between our garage and next door's extension. Malcolm and Paul have done a really excellent job. I had real problems finding anyone who could pair my window blinds and Velux windows. They had been installed by a builder who renovated my house and left before it was completed. No one wanted to do this relatively minor job but Malcolm willingly took it on. It was a good price and it was his son Paul who did it. They went more than the second mile, even cleaning the windows. As a pensioner I was finding it difficult to clean the windows and Paul did it for me. I felt they were very trustworthy and I would thoroughly recommend this company. We were very satisfied with the work done by Malcolm and Paul in replacing our garage roof, which included the difficult task of straightening the fascia's. They also removed and installed a new garage window. They were very reliable and arrived punctually. The need for some possible additional work, e.g. extra supports where the old ones had been damaged, was pointed out to us before the work began and a probable price given. The final cost was much as we had been expecting. As we were pleased with our new garage roof replacement, we asked Malcolm to replace a flat roof over our lounge. Malcolm worked very hard to get the job done. This is the second time I have used Able Felt roofing after they did a fantastic job replacing my asbestos garage roof. This job was a leaking dormer roof with a damaged fascia and guttering. The difference between how the roof looked like then to now is night and day. Malcolm also recommended insulation as there previously was none. I have another bedroom with a dormer roof and I can already tell the difference in temperature between the two rooms. Malcolm and Paul very tidy and polite as the first time, can’t recommend highly enough.

Was very pleased with the guttering work that was carried out on my bungalow recently. The finished product was to a high standard and looks far nicer than the guttering that was insitu.
