I had the pleasure of working with Able Plumbing Solutions to install a new boiler, water softener, and commission underfloor heating in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provided. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. The installation of the new boiler was seamless, and they took the time to explain how everything worked, ensuring I was comfortable with the new system. The water softener has made a noticeable difference in the quality of our water, and the underfloor heating is a game-changer for the colder months. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the care they took while working in my home. The team was punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and were always respectful of my space. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before they left.

Engineer attended site in response to an expansion tank which had fallen off the wall. Investigation by the engineer diagnosed the problem as a failed tank for which a new part was ordered and fitted the same week. As part of the work, a system service was quoted for and performed at a very reasonable rate.

Able have completed work for us on multiple occasions. They are always highly professional arriving on time, completing the work to a high standard, and keeping us informed and updated throughout. We live in an old house and the work they have done has often been quite complex - they have always been very thorough in fully investigating the problem before identifying the best solution that will work in our property. I would whole heartedly recommend using Able Plumbing.

I had my boiler serviced by Able Plumbing as always they were polite informative and efficient. They are customer focused and very tidy. They explain every step of the process and I feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Also as an elderly person feel secure that they are offering a fair price for the service and that all their plumbers our qualified. I think in these times it is refreshing to find a company you can have complete faith in. Previously I employed Abel's to replace our entire heating system, from the start of the process they came up with a better solution for what we needed. We had two of the nicest plumbers came to complete the work which was not an easy job. This is why we go back to Abel's for any of our plumbing jobs. I would highly recommend them.

Boiler and cylinder service carried out, the engineers are always efficient and friendly.

We had all radiators replaced on first floor, after previously having had boiler & ground floor radiators replaced by Able. In addition they replaced the control unit for shower in bathroom. They work quickly and efficiently whilst also being tidy. Staff explained what they were going to do, in a non-patronising way and were a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of work is consistently excellent, and Able represent good value, and the invoice was the same as the estimate. I would have no qualms in recommending or in using Able again.

We have used Able to service our boiler and water cylinder for the past few years. The work is always efficiently carried out to very high standard. The booking system is easy to use and the communication from the company is fantastic. Each of the people who have been to the house have been approachable and friendly, something we feel is really important when people are entering your home.
