Recently purchased a bath lift in the sale for my 94 year old Mum.The staff in the shop were friendly,helpful + not pushy+ within a day the Guys called at her house to demonstrate how the lift worked.Again so empathetic + absolutely no pressure to buy.But...we did + are so pleased.The lift is so easy to use with a handset with simple coloured buttons to press.No complicated technology! So Mum can now enjoy her leisurely soaks again without fear of getting stuck in the bath as she has done before.

Rang Ableworld Blackpool on the twentieth of December to request an engineer re: fitting a stairlift. The following day the engineer (Lee) turned up prompt at nine AM. Went through everything in a clear, precise, and considerate manner. Agreed on which one we wanted. Lee said he could fit it the morning after (The twenty second). Promptly again at nine AM he turned up, fitted the stairlift, gave us an excellent demonstration of how to work it and off he went to his next call. I have rarely been so impressed with the speed, efficiency, clarity, workmanship and above all, kindness that Lee showed us. Also rang Ableworld on the same day to ask about a wheelchair. We agreed which one I needed and we went round and picked it up. The staff were so helpful and polite, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a kind, helpful and friendly staff (especially Lee, the engineer who is our hero).

Lee came out to do a survey and was very open and courteous with a cheery disposition. He explained everything in Layman’s terms. Such a straightforward company to go with and such incredible value, especially comparing to the "big names". There was an admin error with our order with some knock on effects but it all got sorted out by Lee who went over and above to fit the item we had ordered. He certainly knows his trade and leaves with everything absolutely spot on. We would recommend him and the company every time. Service and value for money is excellent.

Lee the engineer arrived early. He was very pleasant and explained everything before he commenced. He carried out the work efficiently. On completion, Lee explained and demonstrated how the stairlift works. He cleaned the stairs before leaving. I am now the proud owner of a stairlift.

Les, the man who installed the stairlift, attended on time and explained in plain English our options, the pros/cons and costs. When we compared the costs of using Ableworld with other firms theirs was by far the most competitive. Les attended on time and went above and beyond to install the stairlift; the job was not easy as my staircase is unusually narrow. Les ensured the chair was as close to the wall as possible. He made sure all the wiring was hidden. He explained and demonstrated how the chair worked and gave top tips to assist us when using it. He was careful to make sure we knew what numbers to call in the event that we needed further advice. The job was completed in the time he had said-he worked solidly throughout. He was polite and helpful from start to finish. Would recommend Les and Ableworld for service and costs without hesitation. 5 stars for Customer Service, Quality and Value.

When the engineer Lee first arrived he was well mannered empathetic and offered us advice and explained our options There was no sales pressure just friendly discussion we felt assured by his manner and personal presentation We needed the stair lift as soon as possible he arranged this for the same afternoon explained the time when he would return to carry out the work and also how long it would take he carried out the work as planned in an exceptionally good manner and we are delighted with both the product and service we received he left no mess or packaging Lee is the type of person to have working in you r home I would have no problem recommending him to those living alone concerned by who may turn up, Also the staff in the shop on Cherry Tree road we extremely good well mannered welcoming and helpful when we inquired about a stair lift
